Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken faucet head Faucet head would not reattached after cleaning basket. Small clear gasket was broken and fell off as I detached the faucet head while cleaning. Purchased February 2025. Cannot use as it will no longer attach tightly and leaks and will not attached as before. Have used electrical tape to get by but still leaks. Saw that the replacement head is over $80. I do not believe a new faucet head will correct issue as the clear broken gasket on the hose tip coupling that fits into the faucet head is broken. Very unhappy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet Head On Auguste 13, 2026 removed the faucet head to clean the small basket inside the faucet head. The faucet was leaking (water leaked after touching unit to turn off) and was looking to see if basket clogged . When I removed the pull out head at the release tab, a clear fitting fell off and was obviously broken. When I tried reconnected the faucet head to the hose, it would no longer fit and caused water to come out above head. Used electrician tape to try and attached the hose the faucet head as a short term fix to use the faucet without leaking over sink. Cannot use the unit and do not know if purchasing a new $80 faucet head will fix it. Purchased it Feb 2025 from Ferguson.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ours is less than 2 years old and is leaking. Too expensive to already have an issue and leak. It drips no matter what we do.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Purchase Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what we expected for the money Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Functional Faucet Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

The blue and red lights on my Delta Essa 9113T-DST are not working. Sometimes I see a blue light, but of late no red. How can this be remedied?

Asked by: Barbara

Hi I just installed Delta Faucet Essa Single-Handle Touch Kitchen Sink Faucet 9113T-DST . The touch is working only when water is full flow. The light is sensing the touch however water is not stopped.

Asked by: Netpat
Hello Net Pat, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta 9113T-DST may need to be reset, I have included below resetting instructions. Start by removing the battery box from the battery wire, waiting a full minute, inserting brand new batteries into the battery box, and then reconnecting the battery box to the battery box wire. Allowing the full minute without the battery box connected will allow time for any remaining electricity in the solenoid to drain, resetting it. Please contact us back for any further questions. I have an ESSA TouchH2O faucet that's slightly leaking now. When the mechanical handle is shut, the leak stops. But when the Touch is just left on, it's slowly leaking in a drip. What could be the issue? The solenoid?

Asked by: Sean
Hi Sean, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the solenoid Keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Does this faucet work with portable dishwasher couplier

Asked by: Paul
Hi Paul, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 9113T-DST! We do not recommend attaching an adapter for a portable dishwasher to our Pull down/Pullout faucets, as it can cause back pressure that would break seals and cause leaking. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Nicole Digital Communications Specialist

We moved and took faucet with us, the installation at the new place failed to install the solenoid, we can’t get the hose apart to insert it into the solenoid

Asked by: ChiMike
Hi ChiMike, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! If the hose cannot be pulled apart after removing the clip, there may be mineral deposits holding it. We recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and repeating as needed. Wrapping a wet paper towel around the hose for a couple of hours would be a good way for this part. Please don't hesitate to reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! The solenoid quit working after only 21 months from the date we purchased the faucet. Delta should be replacing this regardless of warranty status considering the very short life of this part. Will you send me a new solenoid (EP74855)?

The pressure is not good. What should I do?

Asked by: Agnes
Hi Agnes, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Essa® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 9113T-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able, and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the PEX supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water onto the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Lastly, I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Then hold the handle and move it off and then back on without letting go for another 40 seconds. Once this has been done, please re-install the wand and check the flow. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

The installation says minimum clearance from center of hole to backsplash of 2.5". Why? 1. Does the handle rotate forward and backward, or only forward? 2. Is the faucet able to rotated so handle is in the front rather than the side?

Asked by: Brad
Hi Brad, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST. We recommend clearance so that the handle can be used easily. The handle points up for cold water and it pulled forward for hotter water. If the faucet is installed without the 3-hole escutcheon it can be installed with the handle on the front, but the indicator light would then be on the side of the faucet. How do you change the batteries?

Asked by: Jenny
Hi Jenny, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome batteries are located in the battery box on the cabinet floor. The top to the battery pack has 2 buttons on the sides that can be depressed in which will release it. Once the top is released you will need to determine if you will be using 6 AA or 6 C batteries to power the faucet. If using 6 AA's remove the current batteries and ensure you have the included adapter to allow for them to be used and insert the batteries as shown on the side of the battery box. If using 6 C's remove said adapter and insert the batteries as shown. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer!
