The touch-on/off feature stopped working. Is there a battery or something that needs to be replaced?

How do I clean the aerator screen on a 9159-AR-DS

Thank you for your question, Dave! The Delta model 9159-AR-DST does not have a removable aerator. Typically, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water applied to a rag. Can the handle be moved to the front?

Ive decided on this faucet but wonder what the difference is between the colours. I am torn between arctic stainless, chrome or stainless black. I have a grey granite sink. Is arctic stainless matte and chrome shiny?Is black a charcoal grey ?

The Arctic Stainless Steel finish is a brushed finish with a cooler blue tone than our typical Stainless Steel. Available in regular stainless steel?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9159-AR-DST is not available in Stainless Steel. The Artic Stainless finish was designed to replace stainless steel in the kitchen and it more closely resembles the stainless steel finish of appliances out in the market today. It has a bluish tint to it and the stainles steel is more gold tinted. The Stainless Steel finish will remain in the bath faucets to match accessories there.

As part of a kitchen remodel, I had the 9959-DST installed. I was running the disposal and the handle came off and got a bit chewed up by the disposal before I could turn it off. I need to replace the handle. What’s the part number I need? Arctic silver?

How do you remove the sprayer/nozzle to clean?

I'd like to check the inside of the sprayer/nozzle if there is any build-up or debris. The flow from it has seemed very slow/low lately. The button on the sprayer is also very tough to press.

What cleaning products do you use to clean the brush gold finish?

Hi, Kristen! Thank you for your question. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. Can I mount this on my counter

My sink is an under mount granite composite with no holes. I see this is 1-3 holes. Can my plumber mount this to my countertop and do I need any accessories to mount it that way?

I just had this faucet installed,and the spout wobbles slightly relative to the body. Is this normal? Should spout have "play" relative to the body, or should it be firm? Can this be tightened? It detracts from the quality feel of the faucet.

Thank you for your question, Richard! The faucet is secured to the counter below with a mounting bracket that uses two screws and a nut. You will need to make sure these are tightened sufficiently, however please avoiding over tightening these parts. If you are using the optional three hole escutcheon plate, please make sure that this is also secure. If the counter is uneven, a small bead of silicone sealant may be used as well. Renovating my kitchen and am interested in this Trinsic faucet. Does the water flow from the aerator at an angle (if so what angle)or straight down?

Also, may be better off with the Bar/Prep model (#9959 AR) which seems to have the same spout height despite the decreased overall height. What is the angle of water from that spout? Any other differences between the two models?
