Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet Works great just like I expect. My wife and I have touch faucets in the house for some time. This faucet was a replacement to the original one which my mother-in-law broke by hitting it with cooking spoons, spatulas and even a frying pan. It lasted even though damaged. The fun part that my wife and I both laugh at is we are so use to the touch faucet that when are at someone's house that does not have them we still try to turn the faucet off by touching it (we're spoiled). The faucet has a timer so if you have a cat who can turn on the faucet, these will time out and turn off,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 9159TL-BL-DST Just got it put in yesterday. Looks great with off white quartz countertop. At first the touches operation wasn't working continuously but I reset the sensitivity and seems to be working ok now. The touch and touchless feature so far seems to work with a gloved hand for washing dishes. Since it's only been in one day I don't have much else to say except the plumber put it in quickly and the battery operation works well. I plan on seeing how long the batteries last and if too short a duration I'm going to get the AC power adapter.

I would like to use the faucet with pure manual mode. Disable any electricity effect when needed. I saw that there is a way to use the faucet as Touchless Off. Is it possible to disable the TempSense light indicator?

Hi John, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We recommend flushing the TRINSIC&reg; Touch2O&reg; Kitchen Faucet With Touchless Technology MODEL#: 9159TL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. For faucet 9159TL-CZ-DST I need the o-ring or gasket that sits where the pull-down nozzle meets the stem. &nbsp;The gasket sits inside the stem so when the nozzle retracts into the stem, it&rsquo;s pointing straight downward. Help!

How do I remove the water flow restrictor? &nbsp;We just installed this faucet and the pressure is low -takes twice as long to fill a spaghetti pot.

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The aerator on our 9159TL-DST cannot be removed. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please try the following steps so we can better assist you: 1.) First, please unscrew the wand from the hose and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the lines and see if you get good flow out of the end of the hose. Please check for debris in the wand and re-attach it. Be careful not to let go of the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet. 2.) Next, turn the handle to the off position, place a bucket under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube and check for debris in the screen at the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it. 3.) How do I permanently turn off the sensitivity mode.&nbsp;

Hello Patricia! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To remove the sensitivity on our Touchless 9159TL-DST, please refer to the information below! There are three modes for your faucet: High Sensitivity, Low Sensitivity, and Touch2O. Your faucet is shipped in high sensitivity mode. To change the sensitivity: - Move the faucet handle to the off position. - Grab and hold the faucet base for 6 seconds. This is not the LED. - The LED indicator will flash to signal the faucet has changed modes. High sensitivity: 5 blue flashes Low sensitivity: 4 purple flashes Touchless Off: 3 red flashes.
