The touchless technology is awesome, especially when both hands are covered in marinade or dough, etc. My kids love it and found it easy to use. I’m highly satisfied with the appearance and functionality. The matte black is very, very sleek and looks great. The installation was easier than anticipated as the instructions are easy to follow. I recommend this faucet, definitely worth buying as you definitely feel spoiled, even in the kitchen. Time will tell the durability, but so far, I love it!!!

When I first got this faucet I was a little intimidated by all that it did but I quickly found out this thing is a legitimate life hack! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another great Delta Product This could be of best faucet I have owned, and he designed is elegant but sleek the curve of the spout is designed perfectly so it doesn't splash water everywhere on the counter top the features are EXTREMELY easy to use and understand and great for messy hands so your not constantly wiping down the faucet. The spray nozzle is perfectly designed to use with one hand the water pressure is great and the feature that shows the water temperature is a life saver. The faucet and all components were very easy to install it took about 20 minutes and if the directions are not enough, then there is QR codes to scan so you can watch a video install directions both solenoids for the touch20 and voice integration are easy a few things I would change the on and off valve should not have to remain open to use the touchless and touch20 technology and for the voice IQ need a separate plug. It's not very convenient because having it plugged in is the only way that it can be configured and work even though there is a battery pack that powers the solenoid above for the touch20. All in all, it seems like a very well built and thought out the faucet well worth the price..

Hello, we have a matte black Touch Trinsic faucet that we installed almost two years ago. The magnetic piece that holds the pull down faucet began expanding and cracked and now the faucet dangles outward instead of securely retracting in place.&nbsp;
