Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta 9178-DST Easy to use, nice looking, easy to clean. Works really well except for: you must put the faucet exactly in the correct spot to turn off for the water not to drip and the "umbrella" is not as big as it appears on TV.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet The only thing that I would change is the sprayer feature. I prefer to have a complete spray with more power then two have circles. I love the plate cleaner feature and everything else about the faucet, easy to clean, the hose retracts nicely and the magnetic connection is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love mmy faucet! My pull-down faucet is the bomb! Love the spray head and the pull-down feature. I didn't think I would use it much but I use it every day. It's so convenient to rinse and clean the sink and the magnetic feature is wonderful! I would recommend this to anyone thinking about purchasing a pull-down faucet.

Hello - I have a Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with ShieldSpray® Technology Leland® - Model#: 9178-AR-DST. Can this be mounted so the handle is facing the front versus a side mount so that the handle is over the sink? Thanks

Asked by: Jane
Hello Jane, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the Delta Leland Pull-Down Kitchen 9178-AR-DST faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front or left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You can compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button will no longer indicate the correct temperature. Best regards, Tanya

fawcet is leaking do you have repair kit

Asked by: tttt
Hi, tttt! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Pull the cartridge out to clean the bottom puck of the cartridge. Reinstall the cartridge assembly. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

everywhere online sells this for $179.But on your site & at my local K&B stores it is priced at $385.20? That's a HUGE difference in price! Are there two versions of this product out there? Does the cheaper price mean lesser quality?

Asked by: lefty
Hi Lefty, We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. The website shows the product at list price. Dealers purchase the product in bulk for selling it readily to consumers, so they are able to offer a much lower price. However, the quality of all Delta faucets are the same. Best regards, Tanya
