Now I need to get an updated kitchen sink to match the faucet. The water pressure, however, seems to be a little less than my other one. I like the decorative style of this faucet.

The buttons for spray are too easy to push accidentally, the faucet head is too low, neither spray is useful to me, and there is only one flow selection for the non-spray mode. I like the non-spot finish, but that's it. Would not buy it again for those reasons.

Your faucet is all metal/the stream-spray is wonderful along with the splash proof spray - adjustments in water flow is fine and if you want only the spray function it stays on without having to hold it/same with the stream function - the pull down hose is sturdy and flexible - We are VERY satisfied with your faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's OK. Functional and seems to be well made. Been using it about 2 months. Two issues: 1) I find the "spay shield" to be useless. I prefer the regular spray. 2) I would like to have a way to stop the water flow w/o altering the hot/cold mix (e.g., for rinsing a variety of dishware, utensils, etc.) Particularly with the "oval" shape of the handle movement, a flow interrupter would be great. Would recommend to a friend with a few minor reservations.

I like this faucet, BUT THE ONE WEAK LINK is the plastic clip that attaches the faucet outlet to the hose. I had the clip also bound by 2 tie wraps to keep it from coming apart (as was recommended in online reviews). This morning we had a flood under the sink as the clip popped off from pulling out the spray hose (even with the tie wraps). I called Delta and they are sending me a new clip, as they said the original clip may have been faulty. Delta needs to design a better clip to keep the hoses together (hopefully a locking clip). Very nice faucet other than the clip issue. I would not recommend this faucet to others unless the clip design is improved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best value in quality for pull-down kitchen faucets. This is the second Delta pull-down faucet that I've had. Both replaced old faucets. The pull-down feature is very convenient as is the ability to switch from stream to spray with one finger. I had it installed by a plumber as I don't have the strength or the tools to do plumbing work. It is attractive and works great. I did not install the soap dispenser included as I don't care for these. This faucet replaced the old faucet, separate control, and separate spray. The kitchen sink area is much cleaner and less cluttered.

The setup was pretty easy and I liked the fact that a wrench was included in box to make it easier to tighten the faucet to the sink. The only negative I have is I wish the hot and cold water lines were aluminum and not plastic tubes but I was till able to make it work.

Q&A

I plan to replace my kitchen faucet with the Leland 9178-AR-DST. The 9178 spec sheet indicates that the temperature handle movement is from centerline of the body away from the sink. The Q&A seems to contradict this. Please clarify?

Hello TomA1, Thank you for your question. The handle of the Delta Leland Pull-down Kitchen 9178-AR-DST faucet operates by moving/pushing it away/outwards from the faucet to turn on the cold water. Rotating the handle towards the back to adjust for warm and hot water. Best regards, Tanya

We have Frigidaire's Gallery series stainless steel appliances in our kitchen (Like this: https://www.frigidaire.com/Kitchen-Appliances/Refrigerators/French-Door-Refrigerator/FGHB2868TF/). Will the Arctic Stainless or Spotshield Stainless match better?

Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. Stainless Steel is has warmer tones, similar to brushed nickel. Best Regards, Rosanna

Hi. A new water meter was just installed at my home and I've lost prssure in my kitchen faucet. The City said I need to remove the aerator and rinse it, but I can't see how to remove that. The pressure is low on all three of the settings. Can you help me?

I have questions about the Delta Leland kitchen faucet. First, what is the difference between arctic stainless and spot shield stainless? Which one is more likely to match the color of a basic stainless sink?  Does the handle move forward and backward?
