Less than two years
Faucet began dripping at less than two years of use. Replaced the cartridge per the website but without success and according to a plumber we had in who investigated the faucet online, this model has a history of this problem. Unable to repair. Disappointing.

Love this new faucet
Got this new faucet installed shortly before the holidays... and we've been loving it ever since. Great water pressure, and we really enjoy the spray options. We needed a replacement as the older faucet was starting to clog up. This Delta faucet has been the perfect fit for our needs and performs really well. Highly recommend.

Poor instructions...still mopping up
Sprayer connection is flimsy. No positive lock. Has a cripple bracket that pops on exterior to hold it together. It has popped off twice soaking my cabinet. Poor design. Tempted to put the original faucet back on.
Directions are the worst.

Good and easy to maintain
After 3 years, the faucet started leaking and once I contacted warranty department a replacement part was shipped. It took a few days to arrive and 15 minutes top to install.

Very Happy, after a bad start
I had a professional install the faucet. We were very pleased until day 5 when we found water coming out from under the kitchen sink cabinet onto the floor. I looked under the sink & saw water spraying from the pull down hose connection to the water supply hose. Fortunately, it only leaked when the faucet was turned on. I called the plumber back & he found that the plastic connector on the hose was fractured. This was on Saturday. On Monday, I called Delta customer service & the representative readily agreed to send a replacement hose which I received a week later. Meanwhile we had to "go to the creek" so to speak, to handle our kitchen water needs for 10 days. Plumber replaced hose & now all is well. We like all the features & especially the "spot shield technology". Thanks for the prompt customer service.

Truly a Lifetime Warranty
We bought a pull down kitchen faucet when we built our new house in 2015. It began to leak, and I contacted Customer Service for help. After several attempts to fix the leak with parts sent by Delta, it was determined that it was not fixable, and Delta sent us a brand new replacement faucet.

I plan to replace my kitchen faucet with the Leland 9178-AR-DST. The 9178 spec sheet indicates that the temperature handle movement is from centerline of the body away from the sink. The Q&A seems to contradict this. Please clarify?

Thank you for your question. The handle of the Delta Leland Pull-down Kitchen 9178-AR-DST faucet operates by moving/pushing it away/outwards from the faucet to turn on the cold water. Rotating the handle towards the back to adjust for warm and hot water.

Thank you for your question. Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish like Stainless Steel. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. Stainless Steel is has warmer tones, similar to brushed nickel.

Hi. A new water meter was just installed at my home and I've lost prssure in my kitchen faucet. The City said I need to remove the aerator and rinse it, but I can't see how to remove that. The pressure is low on all three of the settings. Can you help me?

I have questions about the Delta Leland kitchen faucet. First, what is the difference between arctic stainless and spot shield stainless? Which one is more likely to match the color of a basic stainless sink? Does the handle move forward and backward?
