we purchased and had installed- a lot better than our old one. however, we are not happy with how low-flow the water comes out- doesn't spray good either. is there a way to increase the intensity of water flow? thx

Thank you for your question, thom! Model 9190-RB-DST is designed to produce 1.8 gpm @ 60 psi. If you are not getting this flow rate, we advise removing the pull down wand from the hose to rinse any debris in the screen that could be the cause. What are the interior components made of? Are the interior components made of Brass?

Hi JMSinatra, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9190-CZ-DST. This faucet uses a diamond coated ceramic cartridge. The bonnet nut for the valve would be brass. Materials may include but are not limited to bronze, brass, zinc, stainless steel, copper, PEX-C, synthetic rubber, vinyl, nylon, and plastics. In our faucets with Diamond Seal Technology, water does not contact with metals inside of the faucet to reduce potential leak points and increase the life of the faucet. Builder installed Broderick without touch 2.0. Can I add touch 2.0 via conversion kit? If so, which conversion kit do I need? And can the Voice IQ module also be added?

Is the 9190-CZ-DST shorter in height than the touch version, 9190T-CZ-DST?

Hello Tjbaz Thank you for your question, we would be happy to assist. The 9190-CZ-DST is shorter than the 9190T-CZ-DST when installed correctly. The faucets are the same size, however the 9190T-CZ-DST has a led base that the faucet sits on. Is the 9190-CZ-DST faucet available with a left-side handle?

Our Delta Faucet Broderick™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: 9190-CZ-DST does not have a left sided handle option, you can install the faucet with the handle on the left. However, the handle movement would be the same, tilt out for on and cold, but it would be moved towards the back for hot. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. I recently bought a Broderick Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet. It's beautiful, but the water flow is MUCH lower than my previous faucet. Is there any way to increase the water pressure? It's almost useless.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. I recommend flushing the faucet. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.
