Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Firsst one worked so Well, I’m buying another one for myt new home This faucet was installed in my previous house when this particular model of faucet had just come out (10 years a ago?). Loved everything about it! The batteries lasted about a year, and I cook ALOT everyday. The batteries were easy to change and had no issues with the box holding the batteries. I loved the strong flow of water both in the spray and regular. I also liked that I could easily control the amount of water flow, and water temperature from the handle. I also like the fact that the faucet shuts itself off after a little while to conserve water. THis feature is great if you have cats or people who don’t mind letting the water just run and run. The only negative was the blue light indicating the touch sensor feature was active went out and would only come back on for a little while right after replacing the batteries. I suspect this had to do with the amount of energy required to power the light. The absence of the light did not affect the performance of the faucet and did not bother me much. I never had issues with my faucet. I have now moved, and find cooking in my kitchen without the faucet a pain to have to mannually turn the faucet on and off, a new faucet is in my immediate future since I keep touching the faucet expecting the water to flow, but nothing comes (its manual). Please bear in mind that I cant vouch for the quality of the newer models, mine was one of the first to come out and the quality was top-notch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it. One problem though we can't tighten it properly to the sink.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks I agree with other reviews that the 2 clips which hold batteries doesn’t work so I have to rubberband it although I have stopped using the feature because of frustrations with having to change batteries so often. Plus after 3 years its difficult to turn off without a slow drip for awhile which is annoying. Delta sent us a new insert to fix the problem but it didn’t do anything. I would avoid this faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New Delta 9192-AR-DST Faucet is too big for my sink. Doesn't always shut off water completely when handle is closed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice but flawed We bought this a few years ago. The part that connects the hose to the faucet head has rusted through now a second time. The first time delta was great and sent replacement parts. I am not sure it's worth the call this time. Do I want to keep replacing every few years??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely awesome I bought this faucet 3 months ago and truly love it. It's beautiful, sleek, efficient and looks awesome with my new stainless sink. The power from the shield spray feature is very impressive. My sister is disable and I wash her hair with it and it's nice not getting a shower while doing it. I also look forward to cooking with the pot fill literally under 20 seconds and the powerful spray getting stuck on foods with ease. It's also nice that my brother and nephew are envious. What a really great faucet, we're really excited. Thank you so much for your ingenuity.

Can handle be shifted from right to left & reverse water supply lines at shut off valve

Asked by: Nancy
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192-RB-DST can be switched to the other side and the water lines reversed. You may also leave the water lines in the same place and operate it the opposite way.

Is there a matching sink in this coloring?

thinking of installing this faucet. Need a new sink also. Are there sinks in this color or does this look ok with a stainless steel sink?
Asked by: Linda
Dear Linda, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, we do not manufacture sinks, just the faucets only. You may want to contact a local plumbing store or contractor for more information regarding sinks. Best regards, Tanya

Question about escutcheon installation instructions

The installation instructions say that, if used, the cover plate and escutcheon should be installed in place of the single hole trim ring. If I take that literally, it says that I should still use the gasket and base ring, along with the under cover plate and escutcheon. However, a test-fit of the parts indicates that the under cover plate will not lay flat on the surface of the sink mounting area if I place it on top of the gasket and base ring. I am assuming, then, that when I install the cover plate and escutcheon, I do it in place of the base ring, gasket, and trim ring. Is this correct, or am I supposed to also use the base ring and gasket along with the cover plate and escutcheon (or maybe use only the gasket with the cover plate and escutcheon)?
Asked by: Kim
Hi Kim, Thank you for your question! When using the 3-hole escutcheon will not use the single hole trim ring, base ring or gasket. Best regards, Jon

I do not want a touch faucet. I read one review of this faucet and it mentioned the touch feature. Can you tell me if this does or does not have the touch feature?  Thank you.

Asked by: Jill
Hi, Jill! Thank you for your question. The 9192-DST is our non-Touch2O version of the Addison 1 handle kitchen faucet. This will not have the touch feature. Best Regards, Rosanna

I'm reading in specs for DeLuca, Arabella, Leland and Trinsic that they do not have a adjustable flow rate. What does that mean?

I have a Delta shower faucet that's either on full blast or off. Is that how these kitchen faucets are?
Asked by: Joyce
Thank you for your question. The only way to control the volume flow is with the on/off handle. We do offer a couple of faucets that you can increase the flow rate temporarily by toggling a switch like the Addison. It will flow normally at 1.5 gpm at 60 psi but by toggling the switch, you can increase the flow rate to 2.0 gpm at 60 psi for higher performance.

With Addison kitchen faucet, how far many inches does faucet head pull out from the seated position?

What is the practical useable pull out distance for the integrated spray head?
Asked by: Greg
Hi Greg, Thanks for your question! The total length of the hose is 54", which allows it to extend about 22" from the end of the spout. Best regards, Jon

I understand that only the 9192T AR manufactured after Jan 2018 will have shieldspray.  If I order this from Home Depot, I have no way of knowing when it was manufactured.  If it doesn't have the new technology can I get a head that does and for how much?

Asked by: Linda R
Hello Linda R, Thank you for your inquiry! The back or bottom of the faucet box will tell you where your specific faucet model was made and manufacturing date. As our models may be made in different locations depending on available resources, there is not a list saying where each is made. However, the RP90838AR would the ShieldSpray Wand Assembly for the Delta Addison Kitchen Pull-Down Touch2O Technology 9192T-AR-DST faucet and can be ordered separately.. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/92834%20Rev%20E.pdf Best regards, Tanya
