Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks Nice and Works Well, with one Caveat We purchased this to replace an old faucet with very little water flow. This one provides enough water pressure to use with a garbage disposal. It is attractive and has a high wide arc to reach all three compartments of our sink, without removing the hose. The tap on/off feature is nice, and the sensor glows three different colors to reflect the water temperature. One caveat: The faucet automatically turns off after 4 minutes, so if you are used to running the faucet while doing the dishes, you may have to turn it back on a couple of times. And if you wear gloves while doing dishes, keep a bare arm handy to tap on the faucet! It doesn't respond to rubber gloves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should be better for the $$$ Styling is elegant and the features very convenient. After less than a year of service have replaced the batteries twice, the indicator light no longer works and when placed in the touch position, the faucet drips and drips and drips. For the $$$ spent it should be better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from PROBLEMS FROM THE START - NOW ITS LEAKING!! We bought this when we first built our home, June of '13 - it has had issues from the start. If the wires touch anything it won't work, batteries need replacing and if you don't put it back just right it won't work. Its difficult to deal with being so far back under the sink! Now it's leaking - I realize it's been almost 5 years, but seriously, I'm tied of this. Hopefully, I can contact Delta (I'm sure I'm not the only one with issues) and they can/will help! Buy at your own risk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the convenience We've owned this faucet for almost six years now and have become absolutely spoiled by the convenience. :-) After owning it for about two years, the "touch mechanism" began to fail and so I called Delta customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a new repair kit which I replaced myself. The most inconvenient part of that process was the necessity to work from under the sink (not the most convenient place to move around) but other than that, the kit installed easily and worked just fine. After owning the faucet for five years, the touch mechanism failed again, so I once again called customer service. I have to say this--the gentleman I dealt with could not have been more helpful. This person exuded patience and professionalism! After going through some minor troubleshooting, the problem was identified as being a faulty solenoid, and a new, (apparently upgraded) kit was sent immediately and received within a few days. The new design made it easier to install than the first and the color changing LED is a really nice touch. I'm in hopes the "upgraded" replacement will last even longer than the first, because my wife says no matter what, we'll be getting another one just like it, if & when it becomes necessary. Until that time, consider me a very satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An attractive, easy to use faucet. We went to our local plumbing supply place to shop for a new faucet and chose the Addison. It's a good addition to our recently remodeled kitchen. As you know, it comes pre-assembled right out of the box so the plumber did not have to assemble parts, so that is a great idea. I have one suggestion: enlarge the set screw that secures the handle. After the plumber left and we turned on the faucet, I had to get my set of hex keys to tighten the set screw, as the handle was too loose.

I am looking at the Addison. It uses batteries. Can it be obtained with electrical to prevent having to use batteries?

Asked by: Margaret Louise
Hi, Margaret Loise! Thank you for your question. The Addison 9192T-DST faucet can use an AC Adapter, EP73954. We do recommend to still have the battery pack installed as a back up in case the electricity happens to fail. Best Regards, Rosanna

I understand that only the 9192T AR manufactured after Jan 2018 will have shieldspray.  If I order this from Home Depot, I have no way of knowing when it was manufactured.  If it doesn't have the new technology can I get a head that does and for how much?

Asked by: Linda R
Hello Linda R, Thank you for your inquiry! The back or bottom of the faucet box will tell you where your specific faucet model was made and manufacturing date. As our models may be made in different locations depending on available resources, there is not a list saying where each is made. However, the RP90838AR would the ShieldSpray Wand Assembly for the Delta Addison Kitchen Pull-Down Touch2O Technology 9192T-AR-DST faucet and can be ordered separately.. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/92834%20Rev%20E.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Is there a water filter in 9192-dst that needs replaced?

Asked by: Abby
Thank you for your question Abby. The Addison 9192-DST model does not have a filter but debris may accumulate in the aerator and this part should be checked and rinsed out occasionally. It can be removed with the aerator wrench that was included or if lost, can be ordered as part number RP50815 by contacting the warranty department at 1-800-345-3358. Best regards, Edward

Spot resistance

Considering Delta 9192 in Arctic Stainless. Wife is questioning if its "spot resistant" IE ,, no water spots
Asked by: chopper19
Hi chopper19, Thank you for your question. While it is not designed to resist water spots, these can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend blotting the faucet dry to prevent water from evaporating, which leaves behind minerals that form water spots. Other models are available in the SpotShield finish, which is designed to help prevent water spots. Can the high water flow be a spray or a stream or only stream?

I am looking for a faucet that offers a powerful spray function to help clear the sink of debris. Does Multi-Flow offer three separate functions (spray, stream, high flow) or is it two functions (spray, stream) with each available in the regular flow rate or the high flow rate? Hopefully that makes sense. Thank you!
Asked by: ctmom
Hi ctmom, Thank you for your question. The high-flow option works only with the stream setting. Best regards, Jon
