Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks I agree with other reviews that the 2 clips which hold batteries doesn’t work so I have to rubberband it although I have stopped using the feature because of frustrations with having to change batteries so often. Plus after 3 years its difficult to turn off without a slow drip for awhile which is annoying. Delta sent us a new insert to fix the problem but it didn’t do anything. I would avoid this faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great kitchen faucet until it stopped working. This faucet was installed in my newly built home. In less than two years the touch feature isnt working. Plus it is rusting where the spout pulls out. I replaced batteries but it is still not working. Can someone contact me to discuss?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working Our faucet is barely 5 years old. About a month ago, the faucet started acting up. We would have it on and it would suddenly turn off. We would have to play with the handle, turning it off and then back on again several times before we could get it to work. Eventually, it just stopped working overall. Now, no water comes out of the faucet. From time to time, maybe a few drops, but that is it. We had two plumbers look at it and both said the faucet is either completely done or has faulty parts. Considering this faucet is over $500 you would think it would be of better quality. After reading other reviews though, this seems to be a very common problem with this faucet. I would not recommend this faucet to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet problems in 1.5 years/won't work in 4 yrs We had this Delta faucet installed through our builder in May 2014. It worked great at first, but the LED light NEVER changed colors to show the warmth of the water temperature; it always stayed blue. Suddenly, after about 1 1/2 years, the faucet began leaking, and I had to make sure it was in the off position or else it would drip constantly. THEN about 5 months ago, it began working sporadically and oftentimes, the water wouldn't even turn on at all. NOW, the faucet won't turn on, even after changing out the batteries multiple times, trying to see if there is a problem with the wires....Once in awhile, it will turn on (weak stream) and I will have to hurriedly put in the sink stopper to fill up the sink so I have water to use with cleaning up my kitchen. I'm sick of having to take things into my bathroom to rinse out in the bathtub! The plumber who came out told us we'd have to replace the entire faucet! He says there's no way to fix or replace a part! WHAT? Now, I don't know if I want to have another one of these types of faucets again. The touch on-touch off feature was what really attracted me to the faucet. I'm so disappointed. :(

I am looking for a faucet just like this that the handle for hot/cold goes from left to right instead of front to back. Do you have any suggestions. This hon the handle cannot fully engage due to my raised counter top.

Asked by: Julia
Thank you for your question, Julia! This model as all other pull-down models, will have the same handle movement moving both left and right as well as away from the spout because of the design of the cartridge used. Most models advise a min. 2 1/2" (64 mm) clearance to back splash, however as a touch model, does not require the full movement of the handle unless full hot water is needed. A pull out model, while also suggesting this minimum clearance, should allow more room for handle movement. Best regards, Edward

When I tap the handle of my Addison it turns on (or off). When I grab the handle it does not do anything. Is it supposed to and, if so, what is the issue?

Asked by: Jerry717
Hello Jerry717, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Addison Touch2O Kitchen Pull-Down 9192T-DST faucet is designed to recognize a touch/tap from a grab. There should be no action from the faucet, when you grab it, like swiveling the spout or adjusting the handle for water temperature. Touches and grabs are distinguished by measuring the duration of the person touching the faucet. Touches are defined as being less than 300 milliseconds, and grabs as more than 300 milliseconds. Best regards, Tanya

My Addision touch 20 faucet is less than one year old and is now dripping...the only way to stop the dripping is to turn the faucet off. Do I now need a plumber to replace the valve and is that under warranty or not? Isn't this a premature failure?

Asked by: OcalaSherry
Hi, OcalaSherry! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at Best Regards, Rosanna

Just installed this faucet. Is there a way to increase the flow rate of the spray feature? By comparison, the regular flow is stronger.

Asked by: Derecho
Hi, Derecho! Thank you for your question. The 9192T-DST does have 1.8 gpm flow rate, and is Water Efficient. Unfortunately, there is not a way to increase the flow rate. If you are getting less than 1.8 gpm flow rate, we recommend to clean the sprayer assembly by soaking the whole sprayer head in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix to clean any debris that maybe causing the low flow. Best Regards, Rosanna
