Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've bought 3 of these! I've bought 3 of these faucets (for different homes) because I love them so much. Only had trouble from the last one and Delta was very prompt in sending the parts to correct the problem. My husband installed the first two and a plumber installed the third. Ironically, that's the one that had problems. I've also had other family members purchase one after using mine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Design & Features, but. Innovated engineering design that helps prevent the spread of germs, bacteria & viruses. Three issues so far. 1. Batteries have been replaced 3 times since 7/2017. Sales person stated that the batteries should last around 2 years with normal use. 2. The cold / blue LED stopped illuminating. 3. Faucet started to sporadically osculate on & off. Filled warranty calm with Delta provided replacement parts under warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet I love the convenience of tapping to turn the water on and off. This is a great feature especially when your hands are dirty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks I have owned this faucet less than a year, and now will have to invest in another faucet and more expenses to have a plumber replace it, and in the meantime can't cook or do dishes because if the sensor doesn't work you can't use it. The manual says batteries will last 2 years - not even close in my experience, and now the corroded wire came out while I was trying to change the batteries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet! I love this faucet. All of a sudden the light goes on to the touch but doesn't activate the water. Has this happened to anyone else?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money or Time!! Absolutely the worst faucet ever. You'd think after spending an incredible amount of money it would work perfect. This faucet worked literally for 1 week, has not worked since. Water turns on and off by itself, the led flickers on and off while doing so. My water pressure is super low (only on the faucet), and its now leaking. Guess I'll just call it a lost now.

If Purchased at Home Depot, Will the addison 9192T-AR-DST have shield spray? It does not list it in their discription.

Asked by: Linda R
Hello Linda R, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, no matter where you purchase the Delta Addison Kitchen Pull-Down 9192T-AR-DST faucet, it is designed with the ShieldSpray feature of the wand assembly. This information is listed in the Product Feature section in the below link. Best regards, Tanya

Just installed this faucet. Is there a way to increase the flow rate of the spray feature? By comparison, the regular flow is stronger.

Asked by: Derecho
Hi, Derecho! Thank you for your question. The 9192T-DST does have 1.8 gpm flow rate, and is Water Efficient. Unfortunately, there is not a way to increase the flow rate. If you are getting less than 1.8 gpm flow rate, we recommend to clean the sprayer assembly by soaking the whole sprayer head in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix to clean any debris that maybe causing the low flow. Best Regards, Rosanna

When ShieldSpray Tech will be available for Addison model 9192T-RB-DST? Retailers say it has dual function wand only. Also, do you have any plan to add Spot Shield to it? Thanks

Asked by: Rain Flower27
Thank you for your feedback. But, if you check on your official website, 9192T-RB-DST, under "Product Features"-Technologies, It does have the "ShieldSpray" there? Does it have or not have the ShieldSpray?

Can you remove the Touch feature including the solenoid and hardware and use the faucet like a regular faucet?

I'm really not happy with the Touch feature and the faucet seems to be getting lower and lower flow rates even though I've cleaned the screen/aerator. I think maybe disconnecting the whole Touch assembly will fix my problem.
Asked by: Racer X
Hi, Racer X! I am happy to help you, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow. The faucet can be used manually by removing the solenoid entirely from the two hoses and connecting the two hoses together with one of the blue clips. For the low flow, we do recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen from the solenoid. To do this, turn your handle to the off position. Get a bucket ready. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. This should give you full force at the faucet now. If not, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at Best Regards, Rosanna

Can solenoid cause low flow?

We've never had low flow issue ever since we moved our new home but today we have a very low flow only on this faucet. Can solenoid cause low flow issue?
Asked by: KevKha
Hi, KevKha! Thank you for your question. There are a few factors that can cause low flow. There is a debris screen inside of the solenoid that can be taken out and cleaned. You will want to have a towel and bucket ready under the sink. Turn your handle off at the faucet. Unclip the top 'hose/valve' from the solenoid. Inside of the opening is where the debris screen for the solenoid. You can pull the debris screen out with needle nose pliers. Rinse debris screen thoroughly in running water for a few seconds. Install the debris screen and solenoid back. Check to see if the water runs at a higher flow. You can also flush the lines that go through the solenoid to flush and debris that may cause the low flow. If you should need anymore assistance, please contact us back at (800)345-3358. Led light on touchless faucet

The led light was blue. It changed to a blinking red and quit working. I changed the batteries and the faucet works again; however, the led is now red when the faucet operates. Why? I would prefer the blue.
Asked by: Keith
Hi, Keith! Thank you for your question. We recommend to reset the battery pack and the LED light wire to trouble shoot the blue light. To do this, unplug the LED light wire from the solenoid, Unplug the battery pack. Wait a full minute. Plug the LED light wire back in and then plug the battery pack back in. Wait another full minute and then try the faucet to see if the blue light is back on. If not, please contact us on our customer service line at 1(800)345-3358 so that we may be able to assist you further. Best Regards, Rosanna
