Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Triassic has much better action than many other restaurant-style faucets. Also better looking. Every part of this product is substantial, much more so than the standard issue. We have a large, deep sink, and our previous faucet (about the same size) was limited by its' fixed linking arm when you pulled the hose out to spray down the sink or rinse a large pan --- the Delta is MUCH more usable. In addition, the previous faucet sprang a slow leak from its black pull-out hose after only 6 years of use --- down the back of the cabinet and wicking under the floor, necessitating replacing and refinishing part of the kitchen floor. It also had a "Lifetime Warranty" guarantee; but when I examined the fine print it says "this warranty applies to the finish only". Read the Delta warranty and you'll see there is no comparison. We just had our new bathroom done with all Delta fittings, and every plumber with whom we spoke likes the Delta quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This faucet looks so great in any style kitchen. We put it in a relatively traditional kitchen, and it really looks great, and functions so well. it' this is the coolest faucet ever. I love the pull down feature, it is so neat the way you have options. The sink is well worth the price, the design is clean the function is smooth. I Love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect faucet I'm a contractor who purchased the faucet for a kitchen remodel after the homeowners made the selection. The faucet looks very nice and they are pleased with it thus far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking & functional Nice looking, industrial style faucet. Design allows for easy cleaning of large pots, baking sheets, etc with little to no water splashing outside the sink. Delivery was prompt and faucet well-packaged. We had it professionally installed because we were having other plumbing issues taken care of, but it looks relatively simple to DIY. We've only had it installed a couple of days so can't speak to long term quality but it feels very sturdy. Good to note: it is large! It looks good in our stainless steel heavy kitchen, would be best suited for a larger kitchen or island.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found this faucet to go in our kitchen. Its hard to picture what things will look like when shopping online, but this is even better when it's in your hands. I love the way the magnet works in the dock, and the nozzle reaches everything in the sink. You can tell its a quality piece, it's beefy and will make quite the statement in our kitchen.

When you pull down on the Faucet Head does it extend out further and retract back? I am trying to get an all in one vs separated Faucet and side spout

Asked by: Sam
Thank you for your question, Sam! The coiled spout can be removed from the arm so that you can point the sprayer in any direction. The internal 70" pull-out hose can also be extended from the end of the coiled spout for additional reach. The hose is not designed to self retract. Best regards, Tanya

What is the difference between the Trinsic Pro and the Trask Pro found only at Lowe's? Are they made from the same materials?

Asked by: Kate
Thank you for your question, Kate. They have different handle assemblies, and the model 18933-ARSD-DST includes a soap dispenser. They have the same materials and quality. Best regards, Jon

Can you reverse the hot/cold?

Hot is set 'towards you' and cold is set 'away from you' per the red and blue dots...can this be reversed?
Asked by: MAC
Hi MAC, Thank you for your question. We recommend to install the faucet with the supply lines connected as indicated by the red and blue rings on the lines. They may be reversed, however, the red and blue button on the handle will not match the temperature. Best regards, Jon

I had my plumber install this faucet along with a new single bowl stainless sink. Red and blue dot location is somewhat confusing. When the handle is vertical should the water that is supplied be cold even though the only visible dot is red?

Asked by: Mark68
Thank you for your question, Mark68! We're sorry for any confusion and happy to clarify. The handle will provide hot water as you move it forwards or towards you to a horizontal position. Backwards, to a vertical position should be cold. The dots will indicate which way to angle the handle for the desired temperature. Best regards, Edward

Can this be mounted with the handle on the left?

I have two hole setup (granite) with filtered water faucet mounted in the hole on the right. I need to mount the main faucet with the handle to the left to avoid interference.
Asked by: Jim
Thank you for your question, Jim. We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. The handle rotates forward and away from the faucet. When installed on the left, the handle will rotate backwards. Best regards, Jon
