Nice faucet
I absolutely love this faucet! The old style faucet for my kitchen was also a goose neck style but was able to pull out quiet far. Although you can't pull this faucet out, it does have a long reach to rinse out your sink. The adjustments I have to make using this faucet is just placing larger pots in the sink to fill with water. It is well worth the effort it took to adjust to putting the faucet in the magnetic clip & adjusting the way the spray is used on this style faucet head. The spray stays on when you switch the button from stream to spray, love this feature, it's my favorite! The faucet has become a nice addition to my kitchen. I did not pick out this style faucet, it was my husbands choice that I went with. It is really nice & after getting used to it for 3 weeks now I can honestly say I love it.

Great faucet
Good price, delivered quickly and easy self-installation. We are very happy with our new faucet. The hose guide is designed to protect it from tearing when using the pull-down over time unlike the porcelanosa faucet this replaced. Everything feels solid and it looks great

BAD DESIGN. QUICKLY STARTS TO LEAN OVER
A PLASTIC PART IS USED TO SUPPORT THIS HEAVY METAL FAUCET. THE THOUGHTLESS DESIGN IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL AND THE FAUCET STARTS TO LEAN OVER. I HAVE REPLACED THIS PLASTIC PART TWICE OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD OF TIME. CLEARLY NO ONE OF AUTHORITY AT DELTA ACTUALLY USES THIS EXPENSIVE FAUCET, OR ELSE THEY WOULD SEE THAT IT WILL QUICKLY NOT STAND UP STRAIGHT.

When you pull down on the Faucet Head does it extend out further and retract back? I am trying to get an all in one vs separated Faucet and side spout
Thank you for your question, Sam! The coiled spout can be removed from the arm so that you can point the sprayer in any direction. The internal 70" pull-out hose can also be extended from the end of the coiled spout for additional reach. The hose is not designed to self retract.

What is the difference between the Trinsic Pro and the Trask Pro found only at Lowe's? Are they made from the same materials?

Can you reverse the hot/cold?
Hot is set 'towards you' and cold is set 'away from you' per the red and blue dots...can this be reversed?

Thank you for your question. We recommend to install the faucet with the supply lines connected as indicated by the red and blue rings on the lines. They may be reversed, however, the red and blue button on the handle will not match the temperature.

What is difference between Trinsic model #9659-T-DST and Trask model 18933-ARSD-DST

I had my plumber install this faucet along with a new single bowl stainless sink. Red and blue dot location is somewhat confusing. When the handle is vertical should the water that is supplied be cold even though the only visible dot is red?

Backwards, to a vertical position should be cold. The dots will indicate which way to angle the handle for the desired temperature.

Can this be mounted with the handle on the left?
I have two hole setup (granite) with filtered water faucet mounted in the hole on the right. I need to mount the main faucet with the handle to the left to avoid interference.

Backsplash clearance
I only have about 1.5" clearance to backsplash. Can the hot/cold lever be installed turned more forward so it doesn't hit in the cold position?

Thank you for your question. The recommended clearance for the faucet is 2 1/2" from the center of the faucet to the backsplash. You may install it with the handle turned forward, however, the handle does not move further back than the upright position. It rotates forward for hot water.

cleaning for the Artic Stainless
what cleaning products do you recommend cleaning this faucet with?
Thank you for your question, Lisa. Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.
If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use.

Spray head hard to remove
We looked at this faucet today. I don't know if this was a pre production model, but when trying to detach the spray head from the magnetic arm, it was impossible to remove unless you pulled straight out or pulled the spring.

How do I change the cartridge on a Dela 9569 gourmet pull down faucet

Thank you for your question. To change the valve cartridge assembly for the Delta 9659-DST Faucet, first turn the water off at the shut off valve. Remove the button to expose the set screw. Unscrew the set screw with a 1/8" Allen Wrench. Remove the handle assembly. Unscrew the cap and bonnet nut, both counterclockwise. Pull the valve cartridge assembly straight out by the stem of the cartridge. Reinstall a new cartridge the same way. Reinstall all parts.

Over the years, however, the color of Stainless Steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Our Arctic Stainless, which this model is available in, features these cooler metallic tones and looks like it would match best.
