Water hose switches back from a straight water stream to a shower style, god for washing fruits/veggies and just cleaning the sink.

Delta had always honored their lifetime warranty with free parts and exceptional customer service. That faucet finally became obsolete, and parts no longer available. Since they could no longer honor the warranty on that faucet, they gave us a steep discount on this fine faucet. The quality is everything we had read about in other peoples' 5-star reviews. The black stainless finish goes great with our black granite sink. And an added benefit is that it makes a great drying rack for the large ziploc bags we like to wash out and re-use...our little contribution to saving the planet with responsible recycling and re-using. And let me mention Delta's exceptional customer service one more time. The ladies I spoke to had actually installed some of these themselves, and knew the product intimately. I can't imagine ever again buying anything other than a Delta faucet.

The only thing I wish is that the cover plate was a 4 hole so I could of left my faucet in the middle of the sink. As it is we had to move it to the next hole, which makes it JUST reach the other sink.

I really like that it has a holder to keep the spout in place, I think with kids this is a great feature. I also like the on/off handle it is really easy to use when your hands are messy. The finish is perfect for my kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Elegant Not only does the Delta Trinsic pull down faucet add a touch of elegance to any kitchen, it's also a dream to install. The installation was simple once I figured out the instructions. The instructions included in the package are a tiny bit confusing, but with the help of a youtube video and the BILT app. It's basically unhooking the older faucet and hooking the new one to the color coded water lines. It literally takes 20 minutes, maybe. Only installed it worked like a dream. The handle to turn the water on/off hot & cold is a little confusing at first, I wasn't sure which way was Hot and which was Cold but that is easier enough to figure out. My favorite feature of this faucet is the toggle from steam to spray with the just the click of a button. The spray has really good pressure for cleaning those stuck on messes. The pull down part works really nicely and clicks nicely into place when you're done. I am beyond happy with my new faucet! Not only is it beautiful but it has made my kitchen experience so much easier and faster!

The pull down Head is the best, i can wash and rinse with ease and what great pressure.My friend is doing a kitchen remodel and i have already told her, she has to have one of these. I will definately reccomend to all family and friends. Its awesome !

Directions were pretty detailed to help with installation. It works great and has great pressure. I also love the fact the sprayer is detachable and you can also adjust the water stream as well. It is very well made and very durable. I highly suggest trying this faucet out you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be buying more of this brand. Such an all in all great product.

I love that the spring on the arched area is closed and makes it super easy to clean. The pull down is great and reaches far away so there is not struggling to stretch out. Sprayer setting is increase water pressure which makes rinsing and cleaning quicker. .Quality is above par along with the features, and design it is well worth it. I would definitely buy this faucet again for my next house and I highly recommend the Delta Kitchen faucet - 9659-AR-DST.

Washing my thermoses and my son’s bottles was always such a hassle to me even when using a brush to clean them but with the sprayer it is much simpler and less time consuming. The faucet is heavy and made from high quality stainless steel. It’s a large faucet and just looking at it makes an impression. My only recommendations and the reason that I give this faucet 4 and not 5 stars is because of the things that I am going to have to buy that weren’t included. I knew before hand that the piece to cover the holes wasn’t going to be included but that’s an easy fix. What I didn’t expect to have to purchase is a stabilizing plate, the faucet as it stands now is a little shaky and will need one to be more stable. All in all it’s a nice faucet and I highly recommend it.

The spray function has the power to blast off stuck on food, and it has ample hose length to do whatever you need to do. If I had another kitchen I would get it again. Five stars all around.

The water pressure seems to have increased compared to the 10 year old faucet that was previously in my kitchen.

We were reusing the sink with three holes, so we had to pick up the optional escutcheon plate. It was straightforward to install and seems to be built very solidly. I am inclined to believe it will live up to their claim it will last through 5 million uses.

what is the required dimension from the faucet hole in the countertop to the countertop backsplash to allow for unhindered operation of the faucet

Does the 9659-DST have the two buttons that when You want to make it spray, you just click the button and the spray continues without having to hold down the button? Thank you. Bea
