I really love the Delta 9659. Super easy to install. It really adds so much to my renovations to my kitchen. It makes it look completely updated. I love how durable it is, how easy to keep it clean, and how easy it to clean dishes with this. It pulls down very easily and stays locked in place once put back. I love how you can move it out of the way if needed. I just love how sturdy it is and you can tell it is fantastic quality product. Makes my kitchen feel upscale and modern!

Well crafted
At first I had a few concerns about this faucet, but they were soon put to rest. I was worried that the spring on the faucet and the magnet would be weak, but they are not. The spring is firm and heavy duty, and the magnet has a good hold.
The spray head has a counter weight to help pull it back up.
The one thing I did have to do was Chang my plumbing connections. These were a lot smaller than what I had. Other than that this was simple to install.

Great faucet
Like the pull down and undocking features. Undocking has to be done at the right angle or it's difficult to undock. Once you figure out that if you pull the top towards you it comes undocked simply.

The Triassic has much better action than many other restaurant-style faucets. Also better looking.
Every part of this product is substantial, much more so than the standard issue. We have a large, deep sink, and our previous faucet (about the same size) was limited by its' fixed linking arm when you pulled the hose out to spray down the sink or rinse a large pan --- the Delta is MUCH more usable. In addition, the previous faucet sprang a slow leak from its black pull-out hose after only 6 years of use --- down the back of the cabinet and wicking under the floor, necessitating replacing and refinishing part of the kitchen floor. It also had a "Lifetime Warranty" guarantee; but when I examined the fine print it says "this warranty applies to the finish only". Read the Delta warranty and you'll see there is no comparison. We just had our new bathroom done with all Delta fittings, and every plumber with whom we spoke likes the Delta quality.

Missing Safety Information
Missing Safety Instructions
The installation instructions to not tell installers that the handle is supposed to be back for hot water when it is on the right side to protect kids from being burned by hot water when they climb up on a chair to use the sink. They missed these safety instructions in their manual and this really needs to be in there.

Great looking & functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking, industrial style faucet. Design allows for easy cleaning of large pots, baking sheets, etc with little to no water splashing outside the sink. Delivery was prompt and faucet well-packaged. We had it professionally installed because we were having other plumbing issues taken care of, but it looks relatively simple to DIY. We've only had it installed a couple of days so can't speak to long term quality but it feels very sturdy. Good to note: it is large! It looks good in our stainless steel heavy kitchen, would be best suited for a larger kitchen or island.

We were afraid it might be too large for our kitchen counter area, but it looks great. This faucet is sturdy, solid, and attractive with our other updates. We not only love the way it looks, we also love how well it works. The magnetic feature in the pull down hose works great to replace the faucet after spraying dishes or the sink. It is a statement piece for our kitchen, and as we expected with Delta, it is a great choice.

Very nice and works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Faucet is great but we had an issue with installation. We purchased a single hole 18 gage steel sink to go with the faucet. The manual Said the deck plate was optional but should be used with "thin gaged" sinks so we purchased the plate. During install the contractor discover that the plate required a three hole sink not a single so ultimately we did not use the plate but we are still unsure whether we should have used it based upon the gage is the sink. Aside from that issue we love the faucet

Great value for a beautiful faucet

It looks beautiful and heavy duty in a large kitchen. The spray function is easy to use and I love specifically that the retractable hose can be left in whatever position you want. For example, if you want it lower to prevent splashing, that is possible. Then you just hoist it back up to its starting position whenever you are done. Sturdy and beautiful. Great faucet. Amazing price.

Beautiful faucet!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally looked at the standard Trinsic model, but this faucet is so much nicer. Our sink is in a large kitchen island, and the scale and finish of this faucet fits it perfectly. One particularly nice feature is having both the flex spring arm as well as a pull-out head. The standard flow and the spray are both stronger than our previous faucet and yet it has less "splash". I would definitely recommend this model.
The only "con", for which I would deduct half a star, is that it has a plastic tailpiece (the threaded part that extends through the counter top. Our previous "inexpensive" Delta faucet that it replaced had a brass tailpiece. Come on, Delta, when one pays 3+ bills for a faucet one expects first-class components!
Otherwise, all other parts are of high quality and the faucet works perfectly. Note: I received a small discount for providing this review, by my opinions were not influenced by this benefit.

High Quality Faucet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good quality kitchen faucet, and of course has the great quality and warranty of a Delta product. Has the now-popular restaurant/commercial design. Because of that it's pretty large, so check the dimensions (especially height) to make sure it's what you're looking for. Lots of extension and maneuverability on the spray head, which has a nice snap to it when it locks back in to its home. Easy one-handle temp and pressure control.

Just what I was looking for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful faucet. I love everything about it. From the moment I opened the box, I could see the build quality. It provides great water pressure and makes washing dishes (almost) fun. It's not cheap, but I am of the opinion that quality comes at a price, plus I have the peace of mind of Delta's lifetime warranty. Case in point: my previous faucet (non a Delta) cost twice less, but only lasted two months, and I had to throw it away. I wish I bought the Delta in the beginning, but I won't make the same mistake again.
