Tap anywhere on the spout or handle of the faucet with your hand, wrist, or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Thoughtfully designed to make kitchen tasks easier, Touch2O Technology allows you to turn the faucet on and off with just a touch anywhere on the faucet's spout or handle. Designed for precise, responsive control every time, no matter where you touch. You can easily control and change the water temperature above the deck using the faucet handle. TempSense® Technology measures the water temperature in the faucet. The LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red depending upon the temperature of the water to let you know when the water temperature is right for you. A/C adapter EP102157 is available to purchase separately as an option to avoid changing batteries. Even if the adapter is used, batteries are still recommended as a back-up if power goes out. Once power is restored, the solenoid valve will automatically revert back to using A/C power. All Touch2O models are water-efficient, underlining Delta's commitment to conservation. The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite® keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND™ Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex® PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean® soft, rubber nubbins that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger.

Selected after TONS of research!
This faucet has been in our kitchen over two years and we LOVE it. We got the kit to plug it in under the sink so we don’t have to worry about batteries. The light display is helpful for kids to see water temp. I love being able to tap the sink to wash hands when prepping food. I’ll never go back to a regular faucet in the kitchen! The magnet is strong and the sprayer pulls out far enough to easily clean all around our big sink. Great purchase.

We have had this faucet for less than a year. The water flow started going bad about 7 months after installation. We have cleaned the filter as instructed, but no improvement. Very $$ faucet to be having issues this early on. Looks beautiful....not the best function.

Beautiful but inconsistent water
The water flow stops sometimes for no reason while in use (not touched), and does not flow again, even when touched multiple times. Sometimes no water comes out at all when the faucet is turned on. Inconsistent and annoying. This was an expensive faucet to not work as it should.

Junk Faucet
We’ve had an open case for about three months now. The replacement part hasn’t worked. When you include the labor, batteries and cost of the faucet, we could have bought several faucets. We went with all Delta faucets in our home built 4 years ago. While only the kitchen faucet has gone bad, the customer service is so disappointing. What good is a lifetime warranty when they don’t honor it??

Protrinsic Touch
We had the faucet installed about 3 weeks ago. So far I love it! I especially love not having as many water drips and drops all over the faucet part of the counter which was especially obvious in our sink / kitchen set up with white counters.
I haven’t had the problems mentioned in the other reviews like the faucet starting on its own or not being able to start it. Right now we are using the battery pack as I neglected to buy the extra bit to plug it into an outlet. After the plumber left I cleaned under the sink and messed with the solenoid a little. Then I did have a few problems. But it got sorted out when I put it into position according to instructions.

Highly recommend this faucet
We really like this faucet. We paired it with a 33” sink and with the sprayer, it reaches the edges of the sink. We added the voice control which I don’t think is worth it… by the time you tell Alexa to do something you could have done it yourself. But the faucet itself with touch control works great. And I really like the light that indicates the water temperature and the sprayer works great.

We have had this model for just over a year. All of a sudden it has low pressure and only cold water comes out. What could be causing this problem?

Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing out each Innoflex PEX line to clear it out, as this is where the particles or debris can accumulate and cause a blockage. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Shut off both water supplies.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket.
Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature.
Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket.
Shut off cold water supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move the faucet handle handle to off position.
Reattach the hot side line.
To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need.

The box will accept either 6 AA (included) for up to 2 year battery life or 6 C (not included) for up to 5 year battery life. I have this faucet. How do you turn off the auto shut off?
Sometimes I want this faucet to have water running more than 4 minutes but it has a auto shut off feature. How do you turn this off?

We change the battery out on this faucet. Afterwards we tried turning on the Fossett and there is very low pressure now. I tried to turn it on manually by disconnecting D batteries while the water was on but still low pressure now. Please help

Thank you for your question regarding the Trinsic Pro Pull-Down Kitchen 9659T-AR-DST model. To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp.
Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move handle to off position.
Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves.

I see the Trinsic faucet requires 2.5" clearance to the backsplash. I have 2" clearance between the back of my present faucet and the backsplash. Is the measurement taken from the back of the fixture or the center of the hole to the backsplash.
Thank you for your question, Bob2! Model 9659T-KS-DST has a recommended minimum back splash measured from the center of the spout to the actual back splash or wall. This is because the spout can rotate 360 degrees.

Can this faucet be mounted with the control level facing directly toward the sink / user?

I have heard tons of complaints on this model for water pressure and how unreliable the touch technology is. Have yall done anything to re mediate these problems? Love how the faucet looks but all of the negative reviews are scaring me.

Can a filter such as PUR be attached to this faucet?

Is Artic Stainless like a brushed nickel?

The Delta finish Brushed Nickel is a matte brushed finish, which matches most Stainless Steel finishes closely and has warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, whereas Arctic Stainless is a lighter, cooler metallic tone where blue is more predominant.

Our finishes are not currently tested for use in outdoor weather, but the chrome finish has the best chance of withstanding the elements.
