Really enjoying my new faucet
It works just as promised, and the color (which is a light golden shade on the solid sections and silver coiling on the arch) is really beautiful. So far, I'm really glad I bought this faucet. (I've only had it installed for about a month now, so it's early days...)

This has been my fave faucet of all time so far. I love the option of turning on and off the touchless, bc it’s not always a good fit. Love the touch feature for sure! Works fabulously. Sleek and modern design with a professional look. Highly recommend!

Great faucet
Good price, delivered quickly and easy self-installation. We are very happy with our new faucet. The hose guide is designed to protect it from tearing when using the pull-down over time unlike the porcelanosa faucet this replaced. Everything feels solid and it looks great

Fantastic Features
Delighted with this sensor faucet. Instructions warned sensor might not work with granite countertop. I set it for the most sensitive and have no issue with that function. I love that the light shows how warm or cool thecwater is before you put your hands under it to test.

There seems to be a short in our faucet. Touch works very sporadically and touch less does not work at all. Any suggestions??

To improve the touch signal, I recommend making sure the sense wire and the battery wire are free and clear of anything conductive that could be causing interference. Place the battery pack flat on the floor and away from the wall.

I have a reverse osmosis faucet which would be next to this faucet. If I turn on my reverse osmosis faucet will it turn this faucet on? Not sure where the 4” sensor starts and ends. Reverse osmosis faucet is about 6” to the left of main faucet.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9659TL-DST.
Your faucet is shipped in high sensitivity mode. To change modes, grab and hold the faucet base for 6 seconds. Adjusting the wires below the sink can also help with the sensitivity. Separate the wires from anything that could be conductive. Move the wire clip on the faucet down and point it away from the sink or wall.

If I order the Touchless model, does it also have the Touch feature? Or is it one or the other, and not both?

A 9659T-AR-DST has started dripping when left in the ON position but having been "touched" OFF. With the handle shut off the water it does not drip. What maintenance or part is likely to be the solution to stop drip while the handle is ON but touched off?
When will the "Touch2O® Technology Kitchen Faucet with Touchless Technology in Matte Black" be available for purchase? It says "coming soon" and we have a kitchen renovation that we would like to purchase this for.

How do you clean the outside spring/coil? I was hoping it could be removed for easy cleaning but that does not seem to be the case. Also, mine seems slightly bent over time with use and no longer seems tightly secured to my countertop :(

Is the coil on this faucet match the black stainless steel color on the body? Or is it a lighter steel color?

What's the difference between the 9659TL-AR-DST and the 9659T-AR-DST? I see you answered a question that the TL will be available later in February, whereas the T seems to be available now, but I was wondering what the changes are? Is it more rustproof?
