Aren't taps supposed to deliver water?
I've had this faucet for a few months now. It's a quality piece of equipment and the touch feature is great when your hands are a mess. Normally I'd take off one star when there's just one thing I find annoying but when it's the main function, I'm taking off three stars! A tap is supposed to deliver water and I get that we all want to conserve water, but the flow restriction on this is a joke. I find myself headed to the laundry room or even the bathtub with my pasta pot. Even filling a 1 litre kettle takes forever. I'm not using any less water with this tap. I'm just standing around using more time.

Great faucet
This is a great faucet, and I am extremely particular. My wife and I bought one for our house 4 years ago, and we love it. We just bought another one for my mom’s condominium, to replace a 20 year old faucet that was leaking. We didn’t consider any other faucets because this one has been so great. The plumbers that installed it agreed, it said it will be the next faucet they personally buy. We also have used faucet direct several times since at least 2016 and have been very pleased.

Stains, magnet too strong
I really want to love this faucet. Pros: it is gorgeous and the coils are tight so easy to clean. Cons: the magnet holding the spout is so powerful I don’t use it often—it’s a struggle to get out of its dock! Also I’m really regretting the black stainless finish. It is almost impossible to get clean—unlike my previous regular stainless faucets, which clean well with spray cleaner and a rag, I have to scrub this one with rubbing alcohol and buff vigorously to get anywhere. If I had to do it again I’d choose another brand (less magnetism) and definitely not black stainless.

Nice design. Poor internal manufacturing. Overpriced for poor quality.
We haven’t had this installed in our kitchen remodel (due to a water leak) for 1.5 years and we’re already on the second warranty issue. First was it not sitting vertical…needed a new retainer clip.
Now, it’s leaking/spewing water from the handle mechanism all over the top of countertop and below the mount into the sink cabinet. Thankfully we got it before worse damage occurred. Awaiting a response from Delta since their customer service isn’t open on the weekends.

The Delta 9659 Kitchen Faucet
It a very nice faucet and it runs well, but the way the water handle works could be better. It really spans a 90 degree area, from hot to cold. I think it should be a 180 degree range. It is also difficult to remove the cartridge and you really need an Allen wrench that’s connected to a handle. This is not provided with the faucet. In my case, I had to remove the cartridge, but I was able to acquire one from the distributor. Finally, the instructions given are just for a generic faucet and don’t reflect the actual faucet supplied.

Sleek looking semipro faucet
We purchased this faucet to replace an older one (different brand) that was malfunctioning. I love the black stainless finish as it blends well with our grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, without looking out of place. This is one of the few mid-priced semipro faucets that has a pull down head with good reach, which is a priority for our home. It’s also got a lower profile than most, being about 2-3” shorter in height above the counter. The larger spring hose is very stiff and doesn’t flex very far, I do hope it loosens up, but les important than the pull down spray head with good reach. We also like the stream flow size and power and the sprayer - the flow seems to be well controlled and water doesn’t splash everywhere. I maybe should have purchased the touch faucet but am used to the lever so this is not a big deal.

Delta Trinsic Pull Down Chrome Kitchen Faucet
We had to replace a faucet that was similar and loved the look of the old one. Happy to find on Build.com/Ferguson and that it was in stock. We love it. Easy for our plumber to install. Perfect "jewelry" for our deep stainless steel sink in an open concept kitchen, dining, living room.

Does not hold up for the long run
We built our home 4 years ago and had this faucet put in our kitchen, expensive even at that time but this was our dream house. 4 years later the faucet is leaning in toward the front if the sink and the switch to change the spray setting does not move so we are stuck with one spray setting. better off buying the cheap ones and replacing them for the money.

This faucet is not well made. It is too top heavy, and is already starting to lean towards the sink. If there is an adjustment, I have yet to find it. If your looking for this style faucet, look elsewhere.

Is there a replacement for the bar that goes across, holding the sprayer? The sprayer magnet is no longer staying connected to the bar. It cannot be screwed in or tightened. Any replacement parts available to fix this?

How can I adjust the sensitivity of the touchless? Lately my faucet is triggered on so easily, whereas a week ago you HAD to make contact to turn on/off. Now it goes on when someone walks by the sink…

A 9659T-AR-DST has started dripping when left in the ON position but having been "touched" OFF. With the handle shut off the water it does not drip. What maintenance or part is likely to be the solution to stop drip while the handle is ON but touched off?
Is the coil on this faucet match the black stainless steel color on the body? Or is it a lighter steel color?
