But, our faucet is 4 years now, and we had to essentially argue to get a replacement solenoid by year 3, and after another year it has gone out again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What junk! The only reason this faucet got 1 star is because 0 stars wasn't available. I am so disappointed, angry, and frustrated with this faucet. I cook a lot and I was so excited to have this "touch on" feature. I have spent far more money on plumbers bills to fix this faucet (multiple times) than its purchase price. I had this installed about 5 years ago. First, about two years in, I had water leaking from the handle. To Delta's credit, they sent me a replacement part free of charge, but the bill for the plumber was on me. Shortly after that the light that senses water temperature failed. I bought a new solenoid (a nearly $200 part) and paid the plumber's bill to replace it. Unfortunately, that did not solve the light issue -- the sensing for cold water worked, but the red light never worked again. I decided to ignore the temperature sensing malfunction since the faucet worked without it. Now, another two years down the road, the solenoid has failed again -- the "touch on" feature, which was the only reason I bought this faucet, no longer works. I could've paid a whole lot less for a conventional faucet, but the "touch on" feature was important to me. Something else to note: with the touch feature not working, regular use of the handle every day, all day, loosens the screw in the handle which makes the handle loose and flop around. The handle screw needs to be tightened weekly. TLDR: Save money and aggravation and buy another faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing at every turn I took comfort in the Delta name and lifetime warranty 9 years ago when I purchased my very first fancy touch faucet. About 6 months ago, while cleaning, it started its decline and ultimately became inoperable. Delta sent 2 sets of parts but the more I tinkered with the worse it got. Finally I received a new unit which was supposed to be an upgrade. Definitely not. A contractor installed last night and the touch worked perfectly. Today we’ve had to touch it up to 4 times to turn the unit on. The sprayer is weird and does not give a normal spray. Who wants 2 side sprays? The splashless option is pretty useless. The faucet doesn’t pull out smoothly like my previous unit but maybe that will wear down over time. The “upgraded” version style isn’t as modern looking with its handle as my previous version. So I am disappointed but after having no working faucet for 7 days I was grateful to be able to cook and clean the kitchen again. However this joint effort was not successful so Delta shipped me a new faucet assembly without charge to replace our 5 year old faucet and I received it in 2 days. I could not have asked for a better experience and I don’t get to say that often. Delta has a lifetime customer with me.

No surprise burst of water on the arm (like other manufacturers have). I also really like the light on the bottom of the faucet to in dictate if the water is cold, warm or hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Absolutely love this faucet. We've had it for about six years now, and I can't imagine life without this touch-sensitive faucet. The only complaint we have is that it will occasionally turn on (phantom) by itself--perhaps temperature changes cause this? However it will shut off if left on for more than about a minute. This is a rare occurrence, but does happen from time to time. Otherwise it's phenomenal and has held up. It's a little inconvenient to have to change the batteries under the sink, but they seem to last about a year or so each time.

The day arrived for the counter installation and sink was installed with no issues. Next day was the faucet. After watching the installation video, took me 30 minutes (with able assistance from my wife) and everything was done. No leaks, no issues…..

We contacted Delta by phone to let them know about the rusty build up we were experiencing. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in explaining why this was happening. They were quick to take care of the issue within that same phone call and sent out the parts we needed. We have always trusted Delta products and appreciate their impressive customer service!

So, the faucet currently hangs down and can not retract because the magnet is gone. The touch on/off feature works great though.

It stays clean and their are no water spots on it. I hate to say this but I think it was worth the price I paid for it.

But the star of the show for me is Touch Activation. Tap on/tap off. Distinguished between tap and grab. This is my first faucet with this feature. I'll never buy another without it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works, but I have total buyers remorse After moving into a home, it was decided that we would replace the kitchen faucet. Thinking it would be a good idea to have something you could touch to turn on and off. After having some power outages this past winter, we found out that the solenoid doesn't work unless there is power in the faucet, so I had to find batteries to put into the battery holder to get the faucet to work. There is also a timer that shuts the faucet off after some time. Which is incredibly frustrating if you are filling a big pot with water, or washing a lot of dishes. I really wish we had purchased this model with out the touch feature, as its more frustrating than having to move the handle to turn the water on and off. If there was a way to eliminate the timer, I might be more happy, and if there was a way to put this into a "manual" mode, I would be even happier with power failures.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Working great except for the light I just installed this Touch 2.0 Leland faucet and have no major issues so far. I installed this by myself and the install was very simple and straight-forward. It took me about an hour to remove the old faucet and install the new one. My only issue and the reason for the three stars is the temperature indicator led is barely visible. When standing at the sink, it does not even appear to be working. When bending down to be at eye level, the light does work but is very faint. As it is, the light is useless as an indicator because it can not be seen unless the kitchen is dark. I really don't intend to be washing dishes in the dark. Hopefully this minor issue can be resolved.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love/hate relationship with faucet First the bad - buyers need to be aware of an problem with the cartridge for this model. Purchased this last spring, but because of COVID, did not have it installed until last October. A few months ago, it started dripping. Also, since the faucet was installed, the water pressure has gone from ok to worse, with it taking 20 minutes to fill up my medium-sized kitchen sink. After looking online, I see that there is a known issue with the cartridge for this model and people are having to replace it several times. The water pressure was lower in the faucet as soon as it was installed. We tried cleaning the little tiny circular filter in the faucet head with no luck, and so with everything going on, we just lived with it. But when the flow became a big issue (couldn't rinse out debris in the sink, garbage disposal wasn't getting clean), we had a plumber come over thinking it was an issue with the new lines that were put in before the faucet was installed. Nope. Plumber tells us the cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced after only 9 months of using it. So, we'll have to buy another cartridge and have the plumber come back out, replace it, and then pay his bill $$$. Now the good. What do I love about the faucet? Everything else. I have rheumatoid arthritis and several other health issues, and having a faucet that turns on with a touch is so wonderful. It's also a huge bonus when your hands are filthy and you can use your wrist to turn the water on. Combined with our automatic soap dispenser, it's effortless to clean our hands. I find myself wishing all of our faucets would turn on with just a touch! And the three spray modes are great, especially the one that comes out as a very focused stream which removes bits of gunk stuck to plates, etc. Some people don't care for a feature which turns the faucet off after 4 minutes. I actually enjoy that as I can leave the faucet on to fill the sink or a pot and know it will turn itself off. More than once I've turned the faucet on and forgotten about it, and now I don't have to worry. It also looks great on our counter, which was a minor factor when purchasing this. Would I purchase this again? Probably. We looked around for over a month trying to find a faucet that fit our needs and specifications and found one that crossed everything off. But the cartridge needing to be replaced is frustrating and costly.

Needed two parts right away out of the box as unit leaked from spray nozzle and spray pattern was not correct. Delta tech support person Carmen was helpful and parts arrived as scheduled. Still waiting for plumber to complete install as happens when things don't go well the first time.

When used as a bar/prep faucet for RO water can it be used with only a &ldquo;cold RO&rdquo; &nbsp;coming from the under sink RO system?&nbsp;

How to clean the sprayer?

We are having issues with the Leland series bathroom faucets and the aerator clogging up from our well water. You were so gracious to send the tool I was missing to remove the aerator on my 3 bathroom faucets so I can clean them out. All working like new again. So just to see the same tools works on this kitchen sink, removed and cleaned out much better water flow. My question is how do you clean out the sprayer part of the Pull Down faucet? Also on the spa tub Leland faucet the parts list does not show any way to take off the aerator to clean it, does it need a special tool like the others?

Hi Donna, Thank you for your question. You can clean the wand by unscrewing it from the hose to check the back. You can soak the head in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution and flush backwards through it with water. The high arc Leland Roman Tub Faucet T2775 uses the stream straightener, which takes a wrench tool, RP52593. The stream straightener on lower spout model T2778 will unscrew by hand. Best regards, Jon
