Great features
I bought this three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Great replacement faucet. The only problem when it was installed was the little light did not work and they are replacing that. Enjoy the fact that I can touch it on the neck or the handle have it shut on and off instantly.

Installed the faucet about a week ago and loving it. Nice upgrade over the existing moen (that started leaking after 5 yrs) that was in our house. The faucet seems well designed and engineered. Instructions and tools provided made install a breeze, besides squeezing myself under the sink. Highly recommend.

Easy installation for me, a first time DIYer. The Delta team's YouTube video for the install was very helpful. With a little care and finesse my old faucet hardware came right off and this Delta was a great replacement! Very happy with the look, arctic stainless finish that matches my stainless appliances, and touch and temp sensor.

Very nice, elegant and functions beautifully!
Just got this and had a professional install, worth the extra money to do that. Faucet is great! Word of caution, be sure the sensor wire is free of contact to anything but where it is supposed to be connected. The plumber accidentally left it wrapped around one of the water supply lines and it kept turning on and off by itself. Once it was corrected, it works beautifully!

Works well so far
I installed the faucet about a week ago (7/24/2020) and it is working well. The install was fairly easy except for squeezing into the undersink cabinet. We bought the faucet for our new counter top and under mounted sink. We like to one touch feature. The instructions say it is not supposed to come on when the faucet is grabbed to move it, but it does come on.

One touch is great!!
I have had the one touch for 5 years now and absolutely love it! It always works like magic. Like anything else, it requires a little maintenance such as replacing the batteries (for the touch) maybe once per year and replacing the magnet (on the pull out sprayer which Delta will send you for free and is easy to replace) twice.

Parts are rusting and walling into my water
I spent nearly $200 on this product and about 6 months into it, my son notifies me that the connection between the sprayer and goose neck pipe is rusting out to the point that rust is falling into our water. I didn't expect this, but things happen. So, I emailed Delta through their website about my problems (included images of the issue) and I ever got a response back. I would have hoped they would have at least told me that this was a known defect in their product. Now, I was sent this feedback form and I wanted everyone to know that there are design flaws in this product. Know about them before you have the product installed.

Faucet bought end of April. The temperature sensor stopped working end of June. Your agent asked for the date on the solenoid (2017) and said Amazon has older stock. Delta sent replacement parts for free. This is an expensive faucet. What I want is one that keeps working, not one that I have to repair.

Great Faucet
I love the look of the new faucet, and the touch on/off feature is life changing. I LOVE it! The only two drawbacks are that the faucet has really strong pressure, so water is always being sprayed everywhere onto the counter. We can adjust the flow by moving the handle, but I don't like how small the stream gets when I do that. The other thing is the shield feature. I thought it was not supposed to spray too hard and splash, but it still does. It's nothing I can't handle, though.

Touch Kitchen Faucet
With this purchase every faucet and shower in our house is made by Delta. We have Touch faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms and temperature controlled faucets in the baths. We love them all and have no issues. When we have questions we call Delta and their staff is very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful update to our previous model!
We recently updated our kitchen and decided to go ahead and replace our old 3 hole Leland faucet with the new 2 hole model. So glad we did! While I expected the touch option to be unnecessary, we love it and use it consistently. We will continue to be loyal Delta users!

A faucet you love to touch
It's been installed a few weeks now and so far is working great. We decided to buy up to a quality product from a manufacturer with a good reputation, and it is becoming clear that this was the right choice. The spot free stainless finish looks great and really works.
The control handle operates smoothly and with ease. The sprayer is another highlight. At times we have low water pressure. The previous faucet never could deal with this, but the delta provides a clean and surprisingly good spray force. The low splash spray pattern is really interesting and sometimes useful. We are very happy with this faucet, good job, Delta!

Game changer!
I've had a touch 2.0 for over a year and love it. I did have a corrosion issue with the magnet that holds the spray head...that being said, delta customer service was beyond amazing. A few days for parts to arrive and a few seconds to swap the magnet out and good as new. You get what you pay for and I love this faucet.

Glad to have a Delta faucet again
When we had our kitchen redone in a previous condo, we opted for a Delta with Touch2O technology. We loved it, and everyone who saw it was impressed. When we moved to NC, we spent a few months touching our faucet and being dismayed that nothing happened. When we bought a brand new home here two years ago, it was pre-built, and we didn't have the option on fixtures; and it didn't seem to be cost effective to replace a perfectly good new faucet. When Covid forced us inside, we mounted several projects around the house. One of the last was to replace our kitchen faucet - with a new Delta. We are so happy to have the convenience of Touch2O again. And the technology advances in the last several years are much appreciated....temperature indicator light and spray shield are really nice improvements. And now, of course, we wonder why we waited so long.
And this one - I installed myself...not nearly as tough as I had expected it to be.

Best kitchen faucet ever
We have been through several faucets, that only get boiling hot or cold. Or will not turn off and drip. This faucet is awesome! You simply touch it anywhere and it turns on or off. Hands dirty, use the back of your hand. we love it!

When used as a bar/prep faucet for RO water can it be used with only a “cold RO” coming from the under sink RO system?

This model still requires the hot supply line to be connected to a shut-off valve, but yes it can be used for this purpose.

Will the faucet still work if the owner goes out?? We have ours hard-wired and don’t use the battery pack.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Leland Touch2O Kitchen 9178T-SP-DST faucet is designed to only activate when touched. We recommend to turn the handle to the off position if leaving on vacation or for an extended period of time, but you can leave it on/open for day-to-day use.

The touch on works with battery but it won't work with A.C. power supply. Why?

Thank you for your question. We actually recommend you leave the batteries in the battery box while using the AC power adapter. It is recommended to keep it plug up due to the fact, if there is not enough power it will not work.

How to clean the sprayer?
We are having issues with the Leland series bathroom faucets and the aerator clogging up from our well water. You were so gracious to send the tool I was missing to remove the aerator on my 3 bathroom faucets so I can clean them out. All working like new again. So just to see the same tools works on this kitchen sink, removed and cleaned out much better water flow. My question is how do you clean out the sprayer part of the Pull Down faucet? Also on the spa tub Leland faucet the parts list does not show any way to take off the aerator to clean it, does it need a special tool like the others?

Thank you for your question. You can clean the wand by unscrewing it from the hose to check the back. You can soak the head in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution and flush backwards through it with water.
The high arc Leland Roman Tub Faucet T2775 uses the stream straightener, which takes a wrench tool, RP52593. The stream straightener on lower spout model T2778 will unscrew by hand.

We recently installed this faucet in a condominium. When the neighbors use their cold faucets, hot water crosses through our clients 9178T-SP-DST and hot water comes out the neighbors faucets.
