Unacceptably poor water flow.
Purchased 10/23. Started well but flow at the nozzle is barely more than a trickle now. I’ve cleaned and soaked the filter and nozzle head in a vinegar solution countless times but the flow just continues to decrease. It’s now unacceptable as a functional kitchen faucet. I’m in the market for a replacement.

Faucet dead when batteries die
Could not believe my faucet would not work when batteries died!! I have wanted a touch to activate faucet for so long (I hate trying to turn on the faucet when I have raw meat on my hands). I was so excited after installing this, which, by the way, was pretty easy. Then to have it not work after only 2 months because the batteries died!! During my husband's birthday party! I was scrambling g to find more AA's wherever I could find them, and after only a month I cannot use my sink AGAIN.
I am going to try the C batteries and fingers crossed it will last more than 2 months.
I will repost if it does work, Delta needs to make this known

Touch on/off system does not work properly
When we received this faucet, the box was slightly damage on one corner. When I opened the box, there was a million very little metal balls loose in the box. In fact, the hose weight (plastic) was broken and half the balls were in the box. I had to use the metal, solid weight of the existing faucet I was replacing.
The installation was really easy. The instructions are very clear and the provided wrench is very useful when you are under sink in a tight location. The pressure is good. The 3-function wand is nice and the magnet to keep it in place works well. The adjustment of the water temperature is not very progressive and it can be hard to find the right temperature between hot and cold.
Now, here is the bad part that justifies the only one-star rating. This faucet has a mind of its own! The touch on/off function just does not work properly. The faucet goes on and off by itself without touching anything (i did not buy the touchless version). Only the non-rotating base of the faucet seems to turn on and off the faucet. A touch anywhere else (handle or spout) does not have any effect. The faucet can be on for 20 seconds then stop by itself for 3 seconds then turn on again for ten seconds then off a minute and turn on again (this is an example but it's all random). Also when pulling the wand down more than 3-4 inches, the faucet randomly turns off and then turns back on as soon as the wand moves upward.
This is so ridiculous that I have disconnected the electrovalve and use it as a standard faucet. The problem is that I paid a high price for a faucet that does not do what it is supposed to.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Does the Leland faucet have an internal filter or an aerator? I'm asking because recently the pressure dropped in every faucet in the house. I was able to clean the aerator of the other faucets and the pressure came back.

After installed Worked great for 3 days. Then turned on by itself. Shut off and would not work again. Unplugged adapter and would start after replugging back in but would not work once touched. Any suggestions what to do?

Inconsistent operation with your Delta Faucet LELAND® Single Handle Pull-Down Bar / Prep Faucet With Touch2O® Technology MODEL#: 9678T-SP-DST can be fixed by making some isolation adjustments. I have included some helpful troubleshooting below.
There are a couple of common adjustments that can be made to improve the faucet operation. Please make sure any wires are isolated from the solenoid box, the water supply lines, and anything else that might conduct electricity. If space is limited, we recommend a minimum of two inches of clearance, if possible. We also recommend placing the battery pack flat on the floor or as close to the ground at your feet as possible. The battery pack should have at least 2 inches of clearance from the walls or anything that can conduct electricity below the counter as the pack is also touch-sensitive.

Is there a way to adjust the hot and cold, our faucet does not provide warm water, it is either cold our scorching hot.

The orange/red switch on the top of the Delta Valve Cartridge RP50587 is a handle limit stop which is an optional safety feature that can be used to prevent the handle from moving too far to the hot side. When it is switched all the way to the left, the handle can turn to the hottest position. When it is kept to the right, this will limit the handle to turn only halfway to the hot side.

The water flow through my Leland touch faucet is becoming very slow. The water pressure to the spray head is very good when I remove the spray head. I cannot see any deposits in the head filters. Do I need a new head?

My Spray Shield button is sticking. Tried soaking it and it has gotten better. It doesn’t stick EVERY time. Just very 5th or 6th time. Have to use pliers to pull out the button. How does one fix this? Is a replacement spray head unit available?

Leland (9178T-RB-DST) touch faucet. At first install (08/09/2021) the touch functionality worked as designed. I could touch anywhere on the faucet. As of 3 days ago, only touching the base of the faucet is working. I use battery pack and plug.
when the faucet is shut off, it continues to drip for an unsatisfactory amount of time and amount of water. Can this be remedied?

My faucet will not run water. The batteries are good, and the light indicator lights up when touched. Water won't run despite anything I do. The dishwasher runs, and so I know the line is working. Any suggestions?

Why don't I have very little hot water pressure when I have good cold water pressure? Hot water source is open all the way. Been like this from the time it was installed.

With blockage, we would recommend flushing your faucet. Please refer to the instructions below to flush your faucet.
DST Flush from underneath - This type of flushing requires to be under the sink. *Please gather one 5 GAL bucket and some towels for excess water.
1. Please shut off both hot and cold water supplies.
2. Remove the cold water line and point the line into the bucket.
3. Turn the hot water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute.
4. Turn the hot water back off and install the cold water line correctly.
5. Remove the hot water line and point the line into the bucket.
6. Turn the cold water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute.
7. Turn the cold water back off and install the hot water line correctly.

Is it normal for the faucet to drip when not in use? It drips at least 1 gallon / hour.

It is possible there is residual water dripping out of the wand assembly. Please soak the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for a couple of hours. This will loosen any debris or buildup blocking the way for water to come out properly.

Bought our Delta Faucet Leland 9178T-SP-DST in Nov 2020 and installed it on 2/3/2021...love the Touch2 O Pull-down Faucet with the 3-function sprayer but lately when I press 1 of the 3 function spray mode I'll get a mix of all 3 functions sprays instead.

I've owned this faucet for three years, and it is now leaking a small bit. It seems to leak out of the base and down the supply lines, but only when running. Can you provide some steps to take to address this issue?
