The only problem when it was installed was the little light did not work and they are replacing that. Enjoy the fact that I can touch it on the neck or the handle have it shut on and off instantly.

The faucet seems well designed and engineered. Instructions and tools provided made install a breeze, besides squeezing myself under the sink. Highly recommend.

With a little care and finesse my old faucet hardware came right off and this Delta was a great replacement! Very happy with the look, arctic stainless finish that matches my stainless appliances, and touch and temp sensor.

Word of caution, be sure the sensor wire is free of contact to anything but where it is supposed to be connected. The plumber accidentally left it wrapped around one of the water supply lines and it kept turning on and off by itself. Once it was corrected, it works beautifully!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well so far I installed the faucet about a week ago (7/24/2020) and it is working well. The install was fairly easy except for squeezing into the undersink cabinet. We bought the faucet for our new counter top and under mounted sink. We like to one touch feature. The instructions say it is not supposed to come on when the faucet is grabbed to move it, but it does come on.

Like anything else, it requires a little maintenance such as replacing the batteries (for the touch) maybe once per year and replacing the magnet (on the pull out sprayer which Delta will send you for free and is easy to replace) twice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parts are rusting and walling into my water I spent nearly $200 on this product and about 6 months into it, my son notifies me that the connection between the sprayer and goose neck pipe is rusting out to the point that rust is falling into our water. I didn't expect this, but things happen. So, I emailed Delta through their website about my problems (included images of the issue) and I ever got a response back. I would have hoped they would have at least told me that this was a known defect in their product. Now, I was sent this feedback form and I wanted everyone to know that there are design flaws in this product. Know about them before you have the product installed.

Your agent asked for the date on the solenoid (2017) and said Amazon has older stock. Delta sent replacement parts for free. This is an expensive faucet. What I want is one that keeps working, not one that I have to repair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet I love the look of the new faucet, and the touch on/off feature is life changing. I LOVE it! The only two drawbacks are that the faucet has really strong pressure, so water is always being sprayed everywhere onto the counter. We can adjust the flow by moving the handle, but I don't like how small the stream gets when I do that. The other thing is the shield feature. I thought it was not supposed to spray too hard and splash, but it still does. It's nothing I can't handle, though.

We have Touch faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms and temperature controlled faucets in the baths. We love them all and have no issues. When we have questions we call Delta and their staff is very friendly and responsive.

So glad we did! While I expected the touch option to be unnecessary, we love it and use it consistently. We will continue to be loyal Delta users!

We decided to buy up to a quality product from a manufacturer with a good reputation, and it is becoming clear that this was the right choice. The spot free stainless finish looks great and really works. The control handle operates smoothly and with ease. The sprayer is another highlight. At times we have low water pressure. The previous faucet never could deal with this, but the delta provides a clean and surprisingly good spray force. The low splash spray pattern is really interesting and sometimes useful. We are very happy with this faucet, good job, Delta!

I did have a corrosion issue with the magnet that holds the spray head...that being said, delta customer service was beyond amazing. A few days for parts to arrive and a few seconds to swap the magnet out and good as new. You get what you pay for and I love this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad to have a Delta faucet again When we had our kitchen redone in a previous condo, we opted for a Delta with Touch2O technology. We loved it, and everyone who saw it was impressed. When we moved to NC, we spent a few months touching our faucet and being dismayed that nothing happened. When we bought a brand new home here two years ago, it was pre-built, and we didn't have the option on fixtures; and it didn't seem to be cost effective to replace a perfectly good new faucet. When Covid forced us inside, we mounted several projects around the house. One of the last was to replace our kitchen faucet - with a new Delta. We are so happy to have the convenience of Touch2O again. And the technology advances in the last several years are much appreciated....temperature indicator light and spray shield are really nice improvements. And now, of course, we wonder why we waited so long. And this one - I installed myself...not nearly as tough as I had expected it to be. Good job Delta!

Does the check valve have to be straight up or can it be installed horizontally?

This faucet

The head of this faucet holes is stooped up, you said to soak it in white vinegar and water, you didn't say for how long and is there a way to open it up to clean it out? Need an answer asap please. Thank you Lena Pittman

Can the on/off control valve be left in the on position continuously and only control the water flow with the touch feature?

What is the part number for a 4&quot; center (approx. 6&quot; long) escutcheon plate that matches a Delta Leland 9678T -ST-DST faucet with Spotshield finish? And where can I order one?

We recommend to turn the handle to the off position if leaving on vacation or for an extended period of time, but you can leave it on/open for day-to-day use. Best regards, Tanya

The touch on works with battery but it won't work with A.C. power supply. Why?
