How do you take the the pull-down part of the faucet apart to clean the aerator?

I have 60 year old sink with 2 holes 4” apart about 1” in diameter Will it fit

MODEL#: 978-AR-DST-R faucet work on a three hole above counter top stainless sink? like (Select Drop-In Stainless Steel 33 in. 3-Hole 50/50 Double Bowl Kitchen Sink) Will kit come with a deck plate or will i need to purchase a deck plate separate?

What is the difference between ss and artic stainless
