We are redoing our laundry room and needed a new faucet for the space. It was quick and easy to install. The color was a bit more rose colored that gold that I was expecting. The quality of the packaging and the faucet itself is very nice and I can tell it’s going to hold up for a long time. It doesn’t come with a sink drain piece but other than that, I have no complaints about it and would recommend it for anyone renovating or replacing their kitchen sink!

I have been wanting for so long to go with the trend right now, which is this gorgeous champagne bronze color. I will change my counters to whitish quartz and put in white sink and then install the new faucet. And change the cabinets handles to same color. It will look so beautiful! This faucet it looks and feels very expensive! Quality is amazing! Nice finish, looks sturdy and have magnetic pull down with sprayer! You can go wrong with Delta! It will last you a lifetime! So excited to receive this as a gift!

What I love is that it has a water flow and pull down handle. To spray water, cleaning is no problem. It does look very durable and I love the color.

Amazingly a replacement arrived the same day I sent a pic to let them know! I need a replacement pull-down sprayer on the second faucet and will gladly buy a replacement, because the rest of the faucet is like brand new after 12 years of use.

However the handle needs a cover so it doesn’t activate the on/off switch for water supply when trying regulate the volume/temp. Frustrating but manageable. Hopefully Delta has a handle cover (can’t find one).

Love this faucet and the champagne bronze color is perfect and will be a staple color for years to come.

I not for my leak detector, it would have ruined the cabinet and flooring. Could have been thousands in damage in short order. No response from Delta customer service after two tries. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I called Delta and they say it was designed that way. Who wants to remember what direction each faucet is and the dots are small for my eyes. Had a plumber reverse the kitchen so it was in the normal convention but the dots are backwards

The batteries are always going out, and then you can't get any water from the faucet. It says the batteries will last for two years, and we're lucky if they last for 3 months. Recently, the touch function is also not working, so we keep replacing the batteries, but that's clearly not solving the problem. Ultimately, while it looks beautiful, if it's not functional, I can't recommend it. Wish it worked better.

The faucet looks great but it recently started dripping, so we're a little disappointed. Someone responded that the sprayer is plastic. Are they saying that the pull out section (like the last 2 inches on the faucet) is plastic or do they mean the inside assembly of the sprayer is plastic. Also, is the water aerated?

For the 9159-DST & 9959-DST, is there a nozzle option that doesn't have a pullout hose or a nozzle head option without the sprayer and only aerator. Are there other solutions, not listed, to achieve this?

Is there a particular cleaning product I should use so as not to damage the finish? I have the brass/champagne bronze finish.

Hi there Becca, Thank you for your inquiry! A comprehensive list of cleaners is impossible to recommend because of the variety of materials that are a part of our many models of faucets. What may be fine for a spout may damage a handle. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measure is needed, a solution of 50% white vinegar (never Apple vinegar) could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Caution: Vinegar can permanently damage porous rock surfaces such as granite or limestone countertops. Use extreme care if such a surface is in the vicinity. To soak a faucet or part still on a faucet: 1. Mix white vinegar and tap water to a half and half proportion. 2. Put a rag or towel in the solution to soak it up. 3. Wrap the rag or towel around the part. 4. Let sit for up to an hour or so. 5. Use the rag or a clean, soft toothbrush to scrub the remaining hard water buildup. o Avoid harsh abrasives or polish o Avoid bleach-based cleaners o Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. o Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. o Because cleaning formulas can change without notice, Delta Faucet Company does not endorse any specific cleaner. does this Trinsic faucet have an aerorator - that softens the stream when not on spray mode?

i purchased this model about 2 years ago. roughly 6 months ago the faucet started to make a pounding noise when the hot water is openned up then the hot water will shut off byitself.This is the only faucet in the house that does this.

Hi, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are more than happy to help you. Reduced flow or no flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, then fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.
