It's the worst design for a handle I have ever seen. I use a rubber band to keep the handle on the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased.

The quality is immediately noticeable—the faucet feels solid, substantial, and extremely well made. The finish is smooth and consistent, giving it a truly high-end, luxurious look. I’m planning on using gold fixtures throughout my kitchen, and although this finish is technically champagne bronze, it works extremely well with that aesthetic. The tone is warm and elegant and blends seamlessly with other gold elements without clashing. The pull-down feature operates smoothly and feels sturdy, and the overall height and reach will be ideal as I switch to a single-bowl sink. Delta is a brand you can trust when it comes to craftsmanship and reliability, and this faucet definitely reflects that reputation. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and functional! This Delta Trinsic single handle pull-down kitchen faucet in champagne bronze is not only beautiful but the perfect addition to our kitchen. It was easy to install and has been working wonderfully. There are two faucet modes (aerated stream and spray) that are great for everyday use and for washing dishes. The sprayer is not the strongest spray I have seen in a faucet, but it is still powerful enough to help clean up tough spots on dirty dishes. The handle is easy to use and move and the magnet keeps it in place. We have loved this faucet and think it’s the perfect color and style for most kitchens!

How do I tighten the handle ?

Thank you for your question, Julie64! The handle on the model 9159T-DST faucet is held on by a set screw which is located underneath the button opposite the handle lever. You will need to pry off this button to access the screw that uses a 1/8" allen wrench to tighten the screw onto the cartridge. Best regards, Edward

Can the spout of a model 9159T-DTS be removed from this faucet ?

Hello, Tim W! Thank you for your question. The 9159-DST has a removable spout assembly. To remove the spout, first push in the small button at the back of the spout assembly. I’d like to purchase the bar prep version of the trinsic because if it’s lower height, but I’m afraid the depth won’t reach far enough into a regular kitchen sink. Would you recommend this faucet for use in the kitchen sink?

How to repair a loose handle? I didn't see any screw on the handle.

9159-AR-DST. Where the neck and spout meet, there is play in the spout as it wobbles in any direction. I read in a question that a friction spacer is needed. I do not see this part in the list, is it also called a retainer? How do you install this?

The kitchen spout assembly is loose. It seems like the retainer (part number RP60923) has too much play in it. Is there any way to tighten this? The spout assembly swivels almost too easily and can be pulled off the base handle part very easily.

I purchased the D9159CZDST Brilliance Champagne Bronze for my new home two years ago this month.  the magnetic piece that hold the faucet in has broken.  I don't see the replacement piece online.  Is this under warrant?

The faucet head is loose, not at the base where it meets the counter that is fine, it is about a third of the way up where it steps in the units wiggles and rocks back and forth. This is the second unit we have had as the first leaked from inside the unit

How to make the handle easier to move without resistance

Do I push the handle away towards the back for hot water? I read somewhere it was reversed. I’ve never had a faucet where you pulled it towards yourself to get hot water. I’d hate to get burned or scalded.

My Trinsic Brushed Nickel faucet has developed an issue with magnetic ring that supposed to hold faucet head. It looks like the ring has been rusting from the inside. It has also swollen in size which causes other issues. Can magnetic ring be replaced?
