Customer service sent an endless supply of replacement parts, none of which remediate the problem. I do not recommend this product or Delta/Brizo products in general.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great BUT………. I fell in love with these faucets when I picked them out for my new house. They look amazing BUT they are awful! Like other people have said I have one handle that cannot be tightened enough and moves every time you turn it on. But my biggest complaint is they spray tiny bits of water all over you while you are using them. If you turn it on more than about halfway, you get a shower every single time. I keep the screens on them clean and it still happens. I would never recommend these because that is extreme annoying to have clothing wet every time you use the bathroom faucet. If you are thinking about buying these don’t!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy these. These look flimsy, and apparently they are. The handle bases rotate with the handles and leave black marks on the countertop. The plumber pointed this out to me when he installed them and said he couldn't make them any tighter. The marks wash off, but it's a constant maintenance issue. I am about to ask to return them and buy something else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product but with one significant challenge... Quality is high, but water staining on them is maddening. Really unbelievable how badly the water spots form. With that said, if you wipe them down IMMEDIATELY, most will not remain. I know everyone says to never use Comet, thinking it's abrasive, but I will say read the label! It is not abrasive and shines / removes all stains well with NO SCRATCHES whatsoever with ease. They are attractive but REQUIRE special care. Worth spending the extra $$ for the no spot version.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful faucet We have had these 2 of these faucets for 10 years, parts replaced yearly and now the one handle doesn’t let water out at all. We have constantly tightened the handles and our plumber has replaced the cartridge 3 times in each of the faucets. The push down drain plug has not worked since they were installed and they faucet as a whole are awful. Next week being they are being replaced with another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design These faucets are designed for low flow and end up not flowing at all. Remodeled our master bathroom and put these in our double sink. Did the entire bathroom with this collection and the sink faucets have been a problem since we installed them. Had plumbers out repeatedly to fix and had Delta send a replacement cartridge after they mis-diagnosed the problem. That worked for a short time but slowly the water completely stopped flowing from one sink’s faucet. Ended up living with only one faucet, and the working one had a slow trickle too. We resisted calling again because we knew it would cost a few hundred dollars to fix these. Considered replacing with new faucets but the entire bathroom ties to this collection. Finally, we caved and called the plumber. He was very aware of the problem with these Delta faucets and the 2 parts that fail quickly and reduce the flow. We had to pay $450 for him to fix the faucets by removing the parts that inhibit flow. Faucets work fine now without those parts but Delta’s service phone rep says we should have called and they would have sent replacement parts. But, I guarantee those replacement parts would have failed because of the poor design of the problematic parts. This has really soured us from purchasing Delta products in the future and my wife’s interior design business no longer recommends Delta brands. I strongly recommend NOT purchasing these as well as any others that use this design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Vero Faucet in Champagne Bronze This is a beautiful faucet. The finish is lovely as is the design. However, due to the flatness of the faucet spout (versus round/tubular) as well as the faucet handles, water (as well as toothpaste splatter, etc.) sits on them and dries. So you're left with marks on them. They wipe off easily enough. Personally it doesn't bother me a lot, but it's good to know if you're considering making a purchase.

Had a plumber out multiple times and even replaced the faucet with the same one. The new faucet worked OK for a few months and then the same problem. We bought these faucets for our entire master bath remodel which also included sinks in a double vanity. We have a 4500 square foot home that we have lived in for 8 years. These are the only faucets in the entire house with a problem. Buying new faucets for the master bath this week so I can be able to have enough water pressure to wash my hands. What a crazy concept! I will be purchasing anything but a Delta faucet this time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking but... This faucet looks decent but once installed and started using it, a couple flaws were discovered. The skinny neck of the faucet causes the water to come out in a narrow stream which, once it hits your hands, makes the water spray unnaturally all over the place. With other faucets, water comes out in a more voluminous, full stream and disperses nicely into the sink when it hits your hand. Lastly, the base flanges remain loose under the base and you have to continually straighten. They don't flop around or spin easily but are loose enough to where you need to adjust frequently.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed in this Product I did a full bathroom and kitchen remodel and purchased many Delta products ~ bathroom sink faucet and matching tub and shower products, multiple bathroom accessories (towel bars, tissue holder, etc.) and also a kitchen sink faucet. I loved the look of the Delta Vero bathroom faucet, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. There is low faucet pressure, no aerator and the faucet splashes water onto the countertop during each use due to a very poor design. I wish I had read all the web reviews before experiencing this problem myself as I now know it is a known problem. I can't live with this faucet and will be replacing it and spreading the word to others not buy Delta products.

The same handle will not shut the stream off again and needs a cartridge replacement again. Pretty faucet, but I regret buying it.

What is the maximum deck thickness for installation?

What is the maximum deck thickness for installation? The spec sheet says 1 1/8" but I saw a post that this had been increased recently to accommodate thicker granite installations? Even since install the hot and cold handles do not lie completely straight when in the off position.  How do you adjust it?

Thank you for your question, embiidphila! The placement of the handles will rely on the valve orientation. If the base of the handle is not appropriately placed then the lever will also stop short of center. How can I adjust the handles so they stop when turning them

When I add the bonnet under the handle the handles do not catch on the stops so the handle goes all the way around. Is there a way to adjust the valve up or should I not use the plastic bonnet on top of the valve cover?

Hi Dmoench, Thank you for your question. Please refer to diagram B in section 1 of the instructions. Please make sure that the top glide ring (5) is installed with the flat side face up. Please also be sure to press the handle (6) down until it is flush with the handle base (7). Please also make sure that the top retainer (8) is threaded all the way down onto the valve. You may need to loosen the mounting nut to thread the retainer. How do you remove the filter from the spigot.   We have a new construction and when we turned the faucet on for the first time it was blocked with debris.   No tool was provided to remove it.

It states that you can pull out the stream straightener out of the end of the spout, with a long nose plier.
