Multiple flaws with this faucet model
We’ve had this installed for 2.5 years now in our master bathroom and every single time we use it we regret choosing this model. First - the square base on each handle wiggles around and never stays firmly in one position on the counter every time you turn on the hot or cold water. We’ve tried tightening it, loosening it, plumber visits, calling Delta, etc and it appears this is the design. For a square-shape handle base, when it’s not perfectly in line with the edge of the counter, it always looks cosmetically off.
Second - this faucet has plastic cartridges in each handle that squeak each time you turn the water on. We’ve also had a plumber try to remedy this and called Delta about it as well. Cheap insides for an expensive faucet.
Third - the water flow splashes terribly all over the counter (as many reviews have already mentioned.) And our sinks are extra deep so this should be a non-issue. Just terrible quality faucet and design all around. Will never buy Delta again, we’ve learned our lesson.

While this Champagne Gold faucet is beautiful it shows water spots like crazy. If I had known that I would have to constantly wipe water spots off of it, I would not have purchased this color.

Bought four sets to replace in 3 bathrooms. Love the looks, but the water flow pressure is very meek. Had a plumber out to check and he even installed new valves, but it made very little difference.

The finish is beautiful not too bright of a gold color. It does hold onto the water stains so if that's something that bothers you it is of note. With a quick wipe down it's gone and back yo being beautiful

splashes water all over vanity top
I purchased the Vero collection bathroom faucet for our guest bathroom approximately 5-6 years ago. I love the contemporary looks but not how it splashes all over the countertop. Eventually my husband turned down the water pressure but why should one have to do that? My previous faucet worked fine under normal water pressure. I sold the home 2 years ago and I'm building another one. After reading the recent reviews, it sounds like the issue still exists. I will NOT be ordering the Vero bathroom set for my new home.

Beautiful faucet.
I bought the Vero line for my master bathroom renovation. The only problem I have is the water splatter. I think it’s the way the water comes out of the faucet and hits the sink. It’s livable but I think Delta needs to adjust this issue.

This faucet is heavy, solid and really nice looking, however, it is completely corroded despite a whole- house water softener. It is the most expensive faucet in my house (in the brilliance stainless finish) and the only one with corrosion issues.I would not recommend this product.

We bought of these for our master bath renovation. They look good but I was immediately disappointed in the water flow. The flow from these faucets wasn't a nice sheer decent but a crossing pattern that wasn't attractive at all. Secondly the faucets put out minimal flow of water and there was no difference from partial on to full on. I could ave spent much less on many faucets with a better result. Disappointed Delta.

I chose this due to the classy, high end look this faucet gives. It was easy to install. I am a little disappointed that water spots show as easily as they do on it though. I have had a hit and miss relationship with Delta products and I am hoping that this one will hold up well , time will tell though. Happy with it's performance so far...

Slick looks and good function
Great set of faucet hardware. The finish looks good and the handles are smooth to turn. It gives the bathroom a nice upgrade from the standard dials that came with the house. I appreciate the arch on the faucet, I have a shallow bowl and this gives a little more space.

Love the look!
Love the new look of my remodeled bathroom. The Delta faucet makes it look so classy with its curved faucet and separate handles. The push down plug helps to give that clean look by not having a handle to move the plug up and down. Also like the fact that it is guaranteed fir life!!

What is the maximum deck thickness for installation?
What is the maximum deck thickness for installation? The spec sheet says 1 1/8" but I saw a post that this had been increased recently to accommodate thicker granite installations?
Hi Frustrated, Thank you for your question. In response to the trend of thicker counter top surfaces all of the recent and new wide spread lavatory faucets have a max deck thickness of 2-1/4". We offer the RP10612 for the models that need additional thickness.

Thank you for your question! Out of the box, this unit works with a maximum deck thickness of 1 1/8". However, the RP10612 extension kit will add an extra inch to the maximum deck thickness.

Even since install the hot and cold handles do not lie completely straight when in the off position. How do you adjust it?

If the base of the handle is not appropriately placed then the lever will also stop short of center. Please refer to diagram A and B in section 1 of the maintenance and installation manual for instructions. How can I adjust the handles so they stop when turning them
When I add the bonnet under the handle the handles do not catch on the stops so the handle goes all the way around. Is there a way to adjust the valve up or should I not use the plastic bonnet on top of the valve cover?

Thank you for your question. Please refer to diagram B in section 1 of the instructions. Please make sure that the top glide ring (5) is installed with the flat side face up. Please also be sure to press the handle (6) down until it is flush with the handle base (7).
Please also make sure that the top retainer (8) is threaded all the way down onto the valve. You may need to loosen the mounting nut to thread the retainer.

How do you remove the filter from the spigot. We have a new construction and when we turned the faucet on for the first time it was blocked with debris. No tool was provided to remove it.

Thank you for your question. Based on the "Maintenance" section of the below Maintenance/Installation document link, page 4. It states that you can pull out the stream straightener out of the end of the spout, with a long nose plier. This tool would not come in the box with the faucet.
