Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet, needs longer horizontal rod for pop-up drain This is a very pretty and very solidly made faucet and I expect it to last many years. One point of feedback relates to a shortcoming in Delta's product documentation. The horizontal rod that connects from the drain to the lift strap to allow the pull rod to close the drain is only 6.125" long. For many vanities and sinks being installed today, that is often not long enough. Delta's documentation does NOT tell you what distance between the drain and the faucet their assembly supports so that you know this up front when you purchase the faucet and it does NOT even provide a specific part number for this rod. Instead it only provides a part number for the whole pop-up drain assembly. The documentation also does not reference the fact that there are multiple parts of different lengths available for this rod. They make the existence of deck mounting extension kits pretty visible, in my opinion the existence of these differnt length horizontal rods should be just as visible.

The install was fairly easy for even a novice do-it-yourselfer such as me. It really stands out because of the quality and I couldnt be more pleased. I would recommend Delta products to anyone as they have been around a long time and the brand is very reliable and respected.

The instructions are very clear, well written, and easy to follow. The handles have a solid feel and turn smoothly. I expect to have many trouble free years of use with this faucet. It is also guaranteed for life should any issues occur.

Delta Faucet Cassidy 2-Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet Champagne Bronze I love look of this faucet its traditional looking and slightly higher than a standard faucet looks and feels really high end. The faucet feels solid and there is a nice weight to the handles, everything moves smoothly including the metal pop-up. The directions provided were great, and installation went as simply as possible. Water flows very smooth. It's also a WaterSense labeled faucet uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard without compromising performance. They are a nice, heavy quality, these will last forever. We also love the lifetime warranty!

The champagne bronze color coordinated very well with the typhoon Bordeaux granite and hammered copper sinks. It is very heavy which usually means well made. I have Delta brand fixtures throughout my home because they are reliable and available in many styles with coordinating accessories like towel rings etc. I am a construction superintendent, this faucet was installed by me in my own home.

We had a new sink, so we didn't have to replace or take out the old one. Does the 3597LF-MPU come with the lever handles included. I see other part numbers that come less handles. So then you would have to order handels separately.. This model number doesn't say included or excluded.

RE: Cassidy Model 3597LF - PMNPU, faucet 413763-A. Installers say that the threaded pipe is not long enough to securely attach faucet to a granite top measuring 1 1/8 inches thick. If this is true, what is a solution? I am on my own to make this repair.
