Rated 5 out of 5 by from The style is exactly what I was looking for. Great product! I am very satisfied with this kitchen faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Good and the Bad What do I like: The set is beautiful, a big improvement over my previous set. What could be better: 1) The instructions. In the interest of cost Delta included instructions for two different models on one sheet. Was confusing, only the illustrations made using the instructions possible. 2) In the set, there were two gaskets supplied. One pressure sensitive adhesive backed, one not. The instructions made no referenced to one with PSA backing, you are left to decide for yourself which might go where. 3) No gasket was supplied for the base of the hand held sprayer. Why? 4) The hand held sprayer didn't include a weight for the line, or magnetic docking. Surprising for the cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks beautiful I bought recertified set. Arrived quickly and is beautiful. However the sprayer sticks and I need Delta to send me a new spray head and the little Hot and Cold button that goes over the set screw is broken and will not clamp in.

Hi, the color looks more like a vibrant stainless steel which is a warmer color not a cool shining regular stainless steel , is it correct? Thank you.

Asked by: Liping
Hi Liping, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 11946-SSSD-DST-R. The stainless finish is a neutral, low-gloss finish. It's not a cool tone like our Arctic stainless finish, which would better match a shining stainless steel. Please reach out with any additional questions! Hello. Sometimes when I use my side sprayer, the water shuts off. From the sprayer and the faucet. Sometimes it would come back on but most of the time it takes hours for water to come on. Is this a diverter issue?

Asked by: Rick
Hi Rick, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 11946-SSSD-DST-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! I recommend flushing and cleaning the diverter and replacing the RP53880 sprayer and diverter assembly if the issue continues. To flush the diverter, use a bucket to catch excess water, close the handle, and unclip the sprayer hose under the sink. Open the handle for 30 seconds to run water into the bucket and rinse the diverter on the end of the sprayer hose. Please contact us directly for additional assistance or if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
