Rated 5 out of 5 by from Products and Service Second to None This Delta faucet is not only an outstanding product and beautiful but Delta is a company that stands 100% by their manufacturing and provides service and support second to none! I have had the unit for about 5 years and I discovered a crack in the plastic hose that goes to the sprayer nozzle and the hose was starting to leak. The hose is not sold separately out there anywhere on the market. The hose and sprayer handle sells for on average $88. I called Delta and they sent me a courtesy replacement hose free of charge! AND I am the second owner of the home and not the original purchaser of the faucet! Delta is AMAZING!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but broke in a week. I purchased the Bellini 11946-SSSD-DST. Beautiful faucet but the sprayer quit within a week of installation. I did the debris cleaning when I first installed just like the instructions said. I believe this new easy connect diverter is the issue. I had to disconnect the sprayer in order to use the main faucet. I would really prefer to fix this issue instead of having a useless sprayer sitting on my sink.

Only problem I had installing is that the soap dispenser and sprayer are 1" and the standard countertop holes are 1.5" in our new Quartz countertop. I had to make shims to keep the dispenser and sprayer centered in the holes. Another problem is that there is dripping water from opposite sides of the aerator. Removed and reinstalled several times to no changes. Aerator does not look like the replacement unit and does not have any sealing ring or gasket.

Never shuts off completely, the hose is super stiff the sprayer nozzle constantly drips.. Delta's quality has diminished, i buy delta everything for their customer service and warranties but this might be my last.. I registered this product the day i got it on an accountant i had for years and is no longer there,, proof its gone .. i see it says accountants before 2021 have been deleted but in January 24 I logged on to register this product and today my account don't exist any more.. Whats going on delta ???

But it became stuck again this morning. I think that I need a replacement sprayer. Please let me know how to order this. At this time I can not recommend this faucet even though it is beautiful.

Faucet was faulty so call Delta Customer Service and each part was replaced on by one as each part failed and faucet still does not work properly. Handle leaks as does the sprayer (we are on our 4 sprayer and still leaks). Sprayer is designed weird where it develops mold in between the rubber seals on the top of the sprayer that CAN NOT be scrubbed off even with a toothbrush and a toothpick. What happened to Delta Faucets? Used to be the best but No More!!!

After my disappointing review, a DELTA rep sent me a replacement valve and suddenly no more leak! Thanks to the stellar service rep who reached out and solved the issue!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle hard to adjust I bought this less than 2 years ago. I have already had to replace sprayer hose. When used all water would cut off after 2 sec. Wouldn’t come back on for 30 min. Called a plumber. He replaced hose. Also trouble adjusting from hot to cold and you have to be very careful how to turn off. Plumber could not fix bc the part was on to tight. Im stuck

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to control temperature This faucet is extremely difficult to control the temperature. It goes from cold to very hot with little movement if the handle. It is nearly impossible to get a comfortable warm temperature to wash hands and pots and pans.

Every 2 years I replace all the rubber gaskets, and no leaks, no dripping, only perfect flow. One thing I do have is hard water and periodic cleaning of the lines and outlet orifices keeps everything flowing great. I'm thinking of upgrading to a new set like the one here for aesthetic purposes, and this looks really nice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the look, but… First… we bought this faucet set from Lowe’s after experiencing water going to a trickle w/previous faucets. It’s been working great the past 2 yrs until now. We love the look—probably the best matching style for our kitchen we’ve had yet. That said… these faucets NEED to be made in a way that we home-owners can remove the main water lines (hot, cold & to the faucet) to thoroughly clean-out sediment / deposits hindering water-dispensing performance. We should not have to spend $300+ every couple of years to replace the whole system! Our water through the main faucet (goose-neck) is now at a slow trickle at best. I can only get a higher-flow through the hand-held side-sprayer, which is wholly inconvenient when washing heavy pots/pans requiring 2 hands, and trying not to have the water & pan-deposits shoot all over my cabinets, backsplash, counter and me. We are now awaiting a tool being shipped to us to remove the tip of the main faucet to clean it, however that will not assist us in cleaning the main line from whatever may be gunning-up the line. Second… the handle has one tiny “sweet-spot” that completely shuts-off the faucet w/o dripping or trickling. It’s quite frustrating, as I’m concerned I’ll break it each time I use it & have to keep trying to find that 1 tiny spot. For the price of this collection, these basic issues should not be occurring. And I REALLLLY do not want to have to drop another $300+ on yet another faucet set. We are 2 adult professionals, no children, and are DIY handy; I cook & food prep often. The faucet gets standard daily use, but not overused or abused. I’m hoping this feedback can help contribute towards future designs to overcome these issues & make us loyal & boasting Delta customers for life. — Thank you.

Replaced an older Delta for this. Try finding support info in the 2 pt print in their instructions. And the bankers hours their office keeps doesn’t even allow voice messages. Great customer ignore option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy setup - Issues with Handle We purchased this faucet about 2 years ago from Lowe's. It was fairly easy to setup and much more intuitive than the previous faucet (design has come a long way). After about 4 months we noticed the water would not shut off completely and continued a slow drip. A quick tightening of the screw on the handle solved the issue, but it came back a few months later. The issue is now happening on a daily basis, and the screw does not tighten like it used to. I'm not sure which part needs to be replaced exactly, but I would have expected a longer product-life considering the price :( If this issue was easily resolved I'd have a higher rating, but at this point I'm not very satisfied with our purchase.

My delta faucet model #11946-SSSD-DST handle is very loose making it very hard to turn the water totally off so it doesn’t drip Any suggestions? Or do I need to replace faucet?

Can a different aerator be installed on this faucet in order to cut down on the splash?

Water comes out so hard and "streamed" that it splashes out of the sink and all over the place.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 11946- SSSD-DST has an aerator with a flow rate of 1.8 gpm at 60 psi. There a couple of factors that can affect splash into your sink. If your sink is too small to handle the arc of the faucet, then the water will splash out of the sink. If the water is turned on too hard, then the water could splash out. If you would like lower flow aerator, you can purchase one with a lower flow. RP60729 flows at .5 gpm. RP72676 flows at .35 gpm. RP63886 flows at 1.0 gpm, and RP60983 flows at 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. Any of these aerators will work with your existing faucet.

Can you install without the spray nozzle on older models

The one I have does not have the plug to eliminate the sprayer. It has a tee fitting. Is there an adapter that can be purchased.

Hi, Jerome! Thank you for your question. The older Bellini faucet (11946-SSSD) does not have a plug to eliminate the sprayer. For the newer Bellini faucet, (11946-SSSD-DST), the plug is available to eliminate the sprayer. The plug is RP54269. Best Regards, Rosanna

Why does the aerator drip water from opposite sides. Removed several times and no change. Unit does not have an o-ring or gasket. Also does not look like the replacement aerator shown in the parts list.

is it possible to hook up a portable dishwasher adapter to faucet?

No, the spout is too wide. I had the same problem years ago and discovered several solutions. I installed a T between the hot water valve and sink supply line. Then I attached a second valve to the T that allowed me to connect the portable dish washer. I connected mine permanently by running the dishwasher hose behind the cabinetry. If that is not an option for you, the second valve could be turned on when the portable dishwasher is connected and off when it is disconnected.

I want to install a swivel head on the end of the faucet

On my old very similar Delta faucet, I was able to install a swivel head on the end of the faucet that could either flow or spray. The threads on this new faucet do not alow that. I want to know why this one was made this way, and also if there are any swivel heads available that I could install.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 11946-SSSD-DST has a cache hidden aerator. We do manufacture an adapter that will convert your faucet to a 55/64" - 27 male thread faucet. You should be able to add a swivel aerator to it then. The model number is RP51505, and it can be purchased at your local retailer or wholesaler.
