PRODUCT FEATURES
The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite® keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal® Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex® PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean® soft, rubber nubbins that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger.
  • FULL-RANGE, FLEXIBLE REACH: High-arc kitchen faucet swivels 360° with a 20-inch retractable hose for easier cleaning, filling and rinsing around the sink
  • MAGNETIC DOCKING SPRAYER: MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful magnet to keep your pull-down kitchen faucet sprayer securely in place and prevent drooping over time
  • LEAD-FREE COMPLIANT: Not all faucets are certified to necessary safety standards. Delta goes above and beyond with product testing and quality to ensure each faucet meets plumbing safety standards, including NSF/ANSI 61 and 372
  • LASTS 2X LONGER: Patented DIAMOND Seal® Technology reduces leak points and lasts 2X as long as the industry standard for long-lasting, leak-free performance (Industry standard based on ASME A112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles)
  • LEAK-FREE SUPPLY LINES YOU CAN TRUST: Delta® PEX supply lines are tested to withstand 20% more extreme pressure for 1,000 hours without leaking—far beyond plumbing standards
  • EASY INSTALLATION OPTIONS: This kitchen sink faucet fits 2 or 3-hole, 4 in configurations and includes integrated InnoFlex® PEX supply lines for faster installation
  • QUICK-CLEAN SPRAY HOLES: Touch-Clean® spray holes let you easily wipe away calcium and lime buildup with the touch of a finger
  • MATCHING ACCESSORY INCLUDED: Comes with a coordinating soap dispenser with 8 oz. reservoir
  • LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY: Designed for lasting reliability and backed by Delta Faucet Company's Lifetime Limited Warranty

I owned this faucet for 5 years & LOVE it! But would like to know how I can restrict it's motion so it doesn't swing to far towards the back ledge of my sink that it could flood my counter?

Asked by: Zoegirl
Hi Zoegirl, Thank you for your inquiry! The spout of the Delta Kate Kitchen 16970-SD-DST faucet is designed to swivel/rotate 360Ëš. There is no way of adjusting this designed feature. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-16970-SD-DST%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya

How does the bonnet come off?

Asked by: Ryan
Hi Ryan, Thank you for your question regarding the bonnet nut of the Delta Kate Kitchen Pull-Down 16970-SD-DST model. Please be sure to turn off the water supplies under the sink before disassembling the faucet. The bonnet nut can be removed by turning it counter-clockwise using an adjustable wrench. Hi, Cheryl! Thank you for your question. We do not make an exact matching bar/prep faucet for our Delta 16970-SD-DST faucet. We do have other bar/prep faucets that may work with the Kate model. Here is this link: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/specialty-faucets/barprep Best Regards, Rosanna
