Can I get an escutcheon plate for this faucet
I purchased this faucet to use in the laundry room. The tub has a 4" center, 3 hole. An escutcheon plate would solve the problem. Do you sell any plates that would work with this faucet

If i disconnect lines from handle from the supply shutoffs to move the faucet, can i reconnect them later?
Faucet needs to be moved as the soap dispenser and faucet were installed on the wrong sides. If i disconnect the tubes from the supply lines, do i have to do anything to them to make sure they seal correctly when i reattach them? I want to make sure i still get a good seal with the provided fitting ends.

We ordered a Delta kitchen faucet (16970-SD SDT). We have a concern about the nozzle. It appears (feels like) plastic rather than metal. Is it??

I have a 2-hole sink. I only need the faucet and handle, not the soap dispenser. I bought a Kate and the box indicates it can be used with a 2-hole sink, but all the installation literature indicates a 3-hole sink. Can this be installed in a 2-hole sink?
Thank you for your question, Bruce ! The Kate, model 16970-SD-DST, can be installed on a two or three-hole sink as this Delta faucet comes with a soap dispenser but this does not have to be installed if it is not needed.

What size is the nut that is used to mount the lever assemble? The plastic wrench slipped off and won’t work now an I can’t seem to get the right deep well socket on the nut while under the sink trying to finishing the install.

Just bought the Kate and really enjoy it but it’s very tricky to get the faucet water to turn completely off. Did I not install it correctly?

Thank you for your question. Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.

Why do Delta single control faucets require 2.5 inches to backsplash? I only have 2 inches so does that mean Delta is a non-option for me?

We recommend a minimum 2 1/2" (64 mm) clearance to the back splash in order to provide comfortable room for handle operation or for a lift rod concerning a lavatory faucet that uses a stopper assembly. This is also advised for the consideration of ease of install or repairs. This model will still work for your installation however.

I have the Kate kitchen faucet (16980-SSSD-DST) purchased in 2014 . The set screw no longer locks the handle onto the valve, and the set screw is frozen in place. A replacement handle is no longer available, can I use another handle instead, and which?

Fill soap dispensor
Hello, does the soap dispenser get filled from the top or bottom? I read the install manual but it was not clear, it sounds like you just lift the pump out but that would leave me to think the pump is not secure to the body. Can you please explain?

Thank you for your inquiry! To fill the soap dispenser, you would simply lift up on the head assembly to remove it and the pump. Then pour the soap down the hole into the 13 ounces soap bottle. You can also refill it from above the sink using a vented funnel RP30395.
