Love the faucet but needs some work
I love the design of the faucet, smooth and great color (I purchased the bronze version). The faucet worked perfectly for a month, but the part that houses the o-rings kept getting disconnected, it was unable to handle the pressure of the water, even when the handle was half way down. I bought new o-rings thinking this would fix the problem, but it kept happening. This would be way better if it was a screw on and not plastic pieces that depend on two small o-rings. I ended up having to return the whole faucet back today. If I would have known this site takes videos, I would have uploaded a video of the issue. Other than that, the faucet was gorgeous!

Bought this as a replacement for another Delta Faucet that was the original unit installed in the house when it was built. The lifetime warranty on the old faucet was still in effect, but it was time for a new look and new features. The Delta Ophelia fit the bill exactly. It looks great and works well, and the Shield Spray feature is a neat addition. From a practical standpoint, we would never use anything in the house except Delta. The lifetime warranty seals any deal!

Well worth waiting for!
Finally!!! My plumber showed up, and he was definitely worth waiting for. Got my new Delta faucet weeks ago but it was almost impossible to get my plumber to come by. Anyway even he commented about how great it worked and how wonderful it looked. It was a major upgrade from my old “home improvement store” one and best of all no more leaks. Smooth operation, great water pressure and fabulous finish! As a matter of fact we like it so much that we're heading out to buy one for the bar sink. Hopefully it doesn’t take 3 months to get him back!

Ophelia - another winner from Delta
The Delta Ophrlia (19888Z-SP-DST) is a very nice, modern kitchen faucet that should look great in any kitchen. I love that its one piece making it easier to clean around. The pull out sprayer is great. Took a minute to get used to the handle on the side of the faucet, its nice though. And, since itcs Delta, it's guaranteed for life.

I love the look and design of the Ophelia faucet. The color matches my kitchen sink and counters perfectly and you have four colors to choose from. You can pull down the retractable hose for those harder to reach dishes or to clean your sink. The pull down is 20 inches and retracts back when you let go. I love having the option to have the steady stream or click on the sprayer. It's easy to wipe off and you don't see fingerprints! It was easy to install following the clear instructions. I like that deck plates are included for a single hole or 3-hole installation. Great addition to my kitchen.

Great kitchen upgrade
20 years later we finally are getting around to doing upgrades to the house. We decided to replace the sink, which meant we needed a new faucet as well. It is night and day from the one we had before. The pressure is great and the retractable feature is awesome. I love that it never hangs because of the stopper ok it as well

Innovative Features
This kitchen/bar faucet incorporates all the features I need in a kitchen faucet. The comprehensive instructions meant that installation was relatively simple and all necessary parts were included in the box. The deck plate is suitable for 1 or 3 hole installations. One of the more innovative aspects is the ShieldSpray technology which allows me to concentrate my spray on a particular area, all the while containing the flow with a water shield. I am no longer spraying water in "every which way" directions. In addition, the water stream is concentrated, ensuring cleaner items/dishes. Polishing/cleaning faucets is always a hassle, but this one has SpotShield technology which is designed to guard against water spots and fingerprints. Finally, and very importantly, I am a huge fan of the magnet docking system which ensures that the pull-down sprayer stays in place in exactly the spot I select without fear of movement. This is especially important when not in use. Faucet technology at its best.

Delta does it again
I really like the Delta faucet line, coming through with a great pull down sink faucet for my kitchen the color and material match the decor of the other items in my kitchen really nicely, and the sleek design keeps things simple and tidy at the sink. The pull down motion is smooth and Clean, with a snap to lock it back into place so it doesn't dangle or hang.
You can't go wrong with this faucet - the sprayer works well and everything. Install was a breeze
I'm no plumber, but I followed the instructions and boom, done and done.

Wow so beautiful and I’m in love. I love walking in my kitchen and seeing my new delta faucet it’s very helpful when I want to spray my food off like my fruits and vegetables and when I’m rinsing off bigger pots and pans looks so elegant in my kitchen my friends are side eying me and admiring my kitchen because everything so beautiful I’m very satisfied with my product and will most definitely recommend to family and friends

I love this thing! The pull down sprayer is really my favorite part. It has some cool sprayer settings also. It fit perfectly where my old faucet was. Wish it would come with a soap dispenser to go where my old sprayer was. Overall, I'm happy !

Great features easy set up
I am so happy about my new faucet. Since I don't have a dishwasher I wash by hand and this faucet just made my and my kids life easier. It had three spray settings. The hard stream blasts the food off and the other ones rinse. There are so many more uses for this sink I could go on all day. I will also be washing my hair with this so easy. If you are thinking about getting this product, just do it, it is worth it!

I would love to put the Ophelia faucet in my kitchen. I am wondering if there is a matching soap dispenser. If not, can you recommend one in the venetion bronze that is close enough in style to blend well with the Ophelia?

How to clean aerators

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19888Z-DST Ophelia™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help!
The aerator can be removed with the included wrench. Soak overnight in 50/50 white vinegar and water. For stubborn mineral deposits, a soft toothbrush can be used.

Does the Ophelia 19888Z-SP-DST have a removable flow restrictor? Our faucet is located in the laundry room and we fill big pots sometimes. Currently they fill very slowly. I have already cleaned the aerator and an additional filter. Thanks
