I like the height which will make it easier for me to fill large pots with water. I am so happy with this product, makes my kitchen look upgraded.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice kitchen faucet Bought the Delta Berkeley from Costco last week and installed it in about 20 minutes. It went so quickly because our $1200 KWC faucet is in pieces. Virtually impossible for even a plumber to fix. So I came to my senses and bought a really great kitchen faucet. In fact it operates flawlessly. A piece of advice to people looking to remodel their kitchens with high end plumbing. beware of overly designed products from Germany and Switzerland.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A simple but elegant faucet This faucet was installed in my aunt's house last January 2018 after renovating her kitchen. It worked flawlessly. However, recently we had an issue with a leak due to the cartridge. It was easy to replace the cartridge, but I did feel the life was so short since it was just over a year when the cartridge became defective. Nevertheless, Delta's service was up to speed providing information on the right replacement cartridge. It was available at Home Depot. I am a DIY (is there such a thing as a professional DIY? Hahaha) love fixing stuff. It is so unchallenging to fix too. Everything is turn-and-drop.

Is any part of this faucet steel or stainless steel or is any of the inner parts brass?

Our faucets are made of several materials, Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a specific breakdown for your faucet as that information is considered proprietary. But in general, our faucets may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics I am sorry the information you were looking for was not readily available for you. Can the faucet be mounted with the valve handle on the Left side?  Are there instructions to mount the valve handle in the Left side?

Model 19932Z-SPSD-DST can be installed with the handle on the left and would simply require turning the faucet to the other side before tightening the mounting hardware. Please note this will affect the handle operation as "Hot" will be forward and "Cold" will now be back or away from you. Best regards, Edward

I understand the finish is Spotshield Stainless - but I’m wondering how it will look with a traditional stainless sink basin? Just want to make sure the appearance will not be different enough that it clashes.

The pull-down hose came out of the curved neck and I cannot seem to push it back and through the brass pipe. Any suggestions?

The spout assembly on the Delta 19932Z-SPSD-DST Faucet can be removed from the body of the faucet by pushing in the button on the back of the spout and pulling up on the spout to remove all the way off. Once the spout is removed, the hose assembly can then be snaked back into the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I adjust the faucet so there will be more hot water pressure?

Hello Anthony, Thank you for your question on the Delta Berkley ShieldSpray Pull-Down Kitchen 19932Z-SPSD-DST faucet. This unit is not designed with a hot and cold water pressure adjustment feature. We would recommend flushing the faucet supply lines, directions below. To flush lines, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Shut off both water supplies. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold water supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move the faucet handle handle to off position. Reattach the hot side line. To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps. Best regards, Tanya

Just installed a 19932Z-SPD-DST. Buttons 2 and 3 are reversed from what the instructions say. Button 3 provides stream, button 2 will spray. If shut off, then turned back on it will remain as it was when shut off rather than reverting to stream.
