Nothing special,
This faucet is average nothing special about it. It looks good but needs more weight to draw the sprayer back to dock. The sprayer itself is kind of bulky to hold. The third function of the sprayer is pretty much useless(at least I have not found a use for that pattern). Would be nice to have the option of which side to have the on/off handle on. The supply lines could benefit by being more flexible. The durability and no leaks is most important to me and only time and use can answer those two things

TERRIBLE FAUCET
Purchased this faucet from HD two months ago and it keeps dripping. I move the handle around to try to find the "right spot" to stop the dripping and sometimes it works but most of the time it does not. The faucet is brand new so I should not be having any issues with it, right? WRONG!!! Honestly, I would like to exchange this faucet for a different type altogether but that would cost me about $500 for the faucet and a plumber to install it. Wish I never purchased this faucet. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! You will have nothing but headaches.

Our faucet was purchased from HD, and within the first year, the magnetic mechanism broke twice. We had to replace the parts twice before finally after another “fight” and easily two hours on the telephone, they agreed to send a replacement faucet. They sent the wrong model and once again wasted more time on the phone with Delta. The supervisor we spoke with, was not very cordial and didn’t care how inconvenienced we were through this entire process. He couldn’t even schedule a home delivery pickup for the wrong faucet which was their fault! What kind of company does this???? In our opinion, his attitude and lack of regard to the paying customer was unacceptable and such that we will never buy another Delta product again. We also feel their quality has gone down hill like the customer service we received.

How do you get the hose out from inside the neck of faucet? I was cleaning the spray nozzle and unscrewed it and hose is stuck inside neck of faucet?

What is the part# for the aerator on the 19978z-ss-dst faucet? Is there more than one part # for flow rate?

I was at Home Depot to look at the Leland19978Z-RB-DST in Venetian Bronze but they only had a different model showing the bronze color. Does the bronze color look the same regardless of the model name or does the color vary between models?

I found this faucet at Home Depot. #19978Z-RB-DST The color says Leland Bronze. The one shown above says Venetian Bronze. Is there a difference. Also the cost is different $221 and about $425 at a high end store. Quality difference??

cannot keep my sorayer head clean would like to order a new head
I want to replace the filters in our kitchen leland single handle faucet. The filters in the spray nozzle. I can’t find where or how to order. Are there part numbers somewhere? I do not think it is the cartridge that is creating slow flow.

Check the operation of the 2 function sprayer by pushing the trigger from aerator to spray. For models with a 3 function sprayer, check the operation by pushing the buttons to achieve the 3 different modes.
