Great fixture
I’ve lived in my 38 year old home for 7 years. Recently retired, I can’t afford to hire a contract to remodel my bathrooms, so I’ve begun to replace light and plumbing fixtures that I feel comfortable doing myself. This fixture was easy to change out and is absolutely delightful to use. My wife is extremely happy with it as well. Happy wife, happy life.

I bought the faucet about month ago, the new one had simple, elegent design. this is the second time I bought this series faucet of DELTA. compare to the old one (978-SD-DST), but one thing I concerned is the screen in the spray head, in one month I need unscrew hose twice to clean debris (maybe because I live in city). this hose is made by plastic mat'l, if every month need unscrew twice, the hose and connect to hose part of spray head may not last long. If that happen, may I buy replace parts from DELTA?

While we are happy with the faucet the installation was another issue. While all demonstration models, and pictures showed the handle on the right, which we liked, we .were told by the installed it would only fit is the handle was on the left. No reasons given. We are becoming accustomed to the handle on the left it was not what we expected.

I just finished installing the Leland Faucet like the features except I’m a little disappointed in the Shield Spray feature because I feel it doesn’t live up to your claim. In my opinion the Maximum Aerator does a much better job cleaning the Dishes.
Other then that one thing I’m happy with the Lapland faucet and it easy to install.

Love it!
Been waiting to get this for several months. We couldn’t be happier. The flow rate is great and new type of sprayer is awesome for rinsing plates as the tiny center stream is quite powerful! The only problem is learning to use the sideway on and off lever as our older faucet was centered in the back.

How high does the faucet handle rise above the counter top, at both the bottom and top of the handle, and what is the swing radius?

Thank you for your question. The measurement from the top of the handle to the deck is 8.9". The measurement from the bottom of the handle to the deck is 4.1". The handle swing is 1.57" when open.

which is the better faucet, the Leland single handle with drop down sprayer or the Saville single handle with drop down sprayer...both in stainless steel...does one have spot free finish and the other not

How can I change the water pressure of this faucet?
Thank you for your question, blee72! The water flow on model 19978Z-SS-DST, is adjusted at the on/off handle. The spray pattern can be adjusted at the black button on the wand assembly. Model 19978Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi, and there is not a way to increase the maximum pressure.
