Works for me!
I have been using this faucet for approx. 3 weeks. It looks good and works well. I dont need the special shielded spray feature; it works well but i have little use for it. All other features i like and this is a quality faucet and should perform well for many years. I particularly like the handle that is angled up to allow better cleaning of the counter below it.

A MODERN CLASSIC!
The new "pull-down" design is very popular now, and for good reason. I had an old "pull-out" that I was going to replace it with a similar Delta, but could not stop noticing the fancy Pull-Downs that every one is buying. Most of them were to fancy for me and very tall. I have a small area to work with and this Leland model fits in it nicely. The pull-down head has three sprays: standard flow, spray and Shield Spray. Shield Spray is on all the high-end models and I was pleasantly surprised this model had that feature. It allows one to spray away heavy soil from plates without messy splatter. Very cool! The simple and elegant design of this Leland model really works for me. Great Faucet! Buy with confidence.

We bought thus faucet this week and wexare pleased with it. I really like the magnetic feature so the pull down sprayer stats put. I also like the various spray settings. What I am not fond of is how you need to have the faucet in the center notch to turn off the water. It will take some getting used to.

Great features and ease of installation
We bought this to replace a failing faucet. Considering all the household plumbing I have done over the last 45 years, this install was a breeze, very straightforward. The hookup lines fit right into the 3/8" shut off valve fittings we have used for years. We love the different features. A lot of thought went into this faucet. And it looks really elegant in our kitchen. All around great buy.

Just what I wanted

Great Looks - Nice Upgrade
We had the Leland installed a couple weeks ago and have really enjoyed the smooth operation. Not only is it easy to use, the spray features work great on left over food. I don't know about the durability yet but the operation so far has been wonderful. Delta has stood behind my previous faucet when parts were need so I am hoping that the same is true here. I would definitely install this again for the great looks and smooth feeling operation.

Made correct choice on most used kitchen item
This is the third faucet in 24 years. We almost went with the same old simple (single handle also) "flat neck" style, happy we did not. Yes, it costs more than the old style, but what do you use the most often in the kitchen? The faucet! We were also "afraid" of the hose being in the neck because of seeing others using a crowbar to get it back up in there. The magnets plus the use of the weight on the hose makes a perfect combination of getting the sprayer back up into the neck.

How high does the faucet handle rise above the counter top, at both the bottom and top of the handle, and what is the swing radius?

Thank you for your question. The measurement from the top of the handle to the deck is 8.9". The measurement from the bottom of the handle to the deck is 4.1". The handle swing is 1.57" when open.

which is the better faucet, the Leland single handle with drop down sprayer or the Saville single handle with drop down sprayer...both in stainless steel...does one have spot free finish and the other not

How can I change the water pressure of this faucet?
Thank you for your question, blee72! The water flow on model 19978Z-SS-DST, is adjusted at the on/off handle. The spray pattern can be adjusted at the black button on the wand assembly. Model 19978Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi, and there is not a way to increase the maximum pressure.
