Sleek design, the ability to change the spray of water, the chrome, etc. On closer inspection, only part of it is chrome and another section is a chrome coated plastic. Installation was a little bit difficult bc I received the wrong instructions, and I needed to purchase the metal plates to cover up the 2 additional holes in the sink. If you had separate knobs for cold/hot then you should understand what you have to do when installing a faucet where it's all contained in 1 device. But once installed it works beautifully and looks very chic. It modernizes any set up.

It came beautifully packaged with all the parts and a clear instruction manual. The chrome finish looks sleek and modern, and the build feels very sturdy and high-quality. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m planning to do it soon, and I can already tell it will be a great upgrade for my kitchen. Can’t wait to see how it performs!

I'm assuming some or all of the o-rings have failed as water leaks out of every seam on the post. Probably could be repaired but I don't want to deal with it. It is nice looking!

This time the rubber O ring for whatever reason has expanded making it difficult to push the sprayer back into the faucet housing. The instructions to replace the hose are poorly written. I generally can make what I would call a simple repair, however in this instance I have had to call out a plumber to repair. I have had a number of pull out faucets over the years and the Delta Trinsic is not a faucet I would ever purchase or recommend anyone else to purchase. To Delta's credit they have been most accommodating in sending me new hoses..

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jolly from Faulty on many issues - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I purchased this faucet for over $700 CAD in 2016. It worked fine for the first 6 months and then the 1) water pressure became less and the plastic strainer fell out and was broken in pieces - but at least the pressure returned. Next when changing the water stream type by pushing the button under the faucet, it would 2) leak through the buttons and it became difficult to push them to change back from one to the other. 3) Not long after the wand wouldn't return easily and lock into the faucet unless it has warmed up with hot water - most times it just sits partially in. And finally, 4) the faucet won't stay in position in one side of the sink or the other (right to left) - it is too tight or loose on any given day. This is an expensive product that is garbage. I would not recommend to anyone.

The spout height is listed here as 11.39", but the box has a diagram seeming to depict 11.39 as the OVERALL height. What is the overall height - as in top of valve/lever base? (One vendor website says approx 13", but another crazily says 24") Thank you!

Is there any way to extend the length of the spout reach? it's just a bit far for my reach to be comfortable, would like to extend it by 2 inches! a PVC adapter or something? ideas??

Thank you for your inquiry, Holly! The Delta Trinsic Pull-Out Kitchen 4159-KS-DST faucet has a spout length of 9 1/4" (235 mm). The hose will provide about 30" of reach from the end of the spout. We do not manufacture any extensions for our spouts and we also do not recommend attaching anything to our pullout wand assemblies. Best regards, Tanya

Is there any way to reduce the pressure on the faucet?

When we turn on the faucet, water sprays everywhere. Less so if it is on stream, but a lot if on spray.

You can reduce the flow rate from 1.8 to 1.5 gallons per minute using the RP61607 adapter between the hose and the faucet. Are there any durability/cleaning issues with the black finish?

Have experienced some wear on very high end black finishes on hardware - which prompts the concern.

Hi Potzer, Thank you for your question! Below is the cleaning and care information for our products: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
