The bronze goes well with my/a truffle sink color and my hammered brass draw pulls. The spray has great pressure. Low profile is prefect for a window sink/ sill or shelves above the sink. The faucet extends far enough into the sink with a nice flow. A timeless feature you can’t go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxury and utility in this stunning faucet! I received this product complimentary from Delta and Influenster in return for my honest review. This is a gorgeous faucet!! It is BIG, as in tall and HEAVY. It is th prettiest piece of hardware I’ve ever seen. Pictures do not even do it justice. You will have to be sure you have a deep, big sink to install this bad boy. It is 8.75 inches tall . . . Luckily, my utility sink in my laundry needed a serious upgrade and this is IT! Deckplate has to be purchased separately. Water flow is powerful, love the sprayer which is held in place with a strong magnet. This faucet has everything you need!

It’s a one in all type of sink. I really like the pressure the water has when it come out. I also really like that it has more than one water setting. I like that I don’t need extra handles to use all the functions it has. It’s got good esthetics and it works well. All I have left is to buy some covers for the holes left from the previous faucet to make it functional. Overall I think it’s a great faucet and I really like how simple it is! Definitely a keeper!

For the Cassidy pull out kitchen faucet, is there an aerator that can replace the RP50815 so that we can get a higher flow rate?

We do not offer a way to increase the flow rate. However, if you are getting less than 1.8 GPM, please check for debris between the sprayer and the hose. Please reach out with further questions! I have had this faucet for about 5 years now. Recently, I noticed a constant drip about once per minute coming from the faucet head after it is turned off. Suggestions?

The Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 4197-DST can be flushed to remove debris. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. If this does not help, please let us know. We have Delta Cassidy 4197-DST and the switch button for the stream/spray wand is broken.  Do you sell the replacement part of the sprayer wand?  It’s been three years since we purchased this faucet.

4197-RB-DST. Water leaks under the sink. Source of water comes from inside the brass threaded tube that contains the hot/cold pex and faucet line. There is no drip through the faucet. The valve seems to work fine; no drips in off position. Unusable.

We have a Model#: 4197-CZ-DST the base consistently loosens. I tighten the Mounting Nut, Washer & Screws (Model#: RP49835) the plastic threads seem to skip now when I tighten the screws.

The cast iron double sink has four holes precast. The other three holes are centered between the double sinks. The original faucet was a single lever Moen. I need a plate chrome plate to install with this single hole faucet.

Handle on our kitchen and bathroom sometimes squeaks.  Both are on the right side.   Powder room is antique bronze waterfall and kitchen is Cassidy(?).  Can you spray with something?

How can I disassemble the wand entirely? I have sediment I need to clean out from the inside, behind the rubber spray holes. The spray function has become weak after draining the water heater and aerator/in-line hose screen have been cleaned/replaced.
