I get mixed information regarding Model#: 4197-RB-DST. Some sites say it is all brass with magnetic locking while others say the pull out nozzle is plastic. What is the correct information? I really like the look but don't want plastic. Thanks.

Is this faucet going to be available with the touch2O technology?

I am interested in the Cassidy Single Handle pull-out kitchen faucet. I want the touch2o technology as we currently have it but we are remodeling our kitchen so we need new faucets. I saw the other Cassidy (high arc) has it but I prefer the details of this one.

Does this faucet have MagnaTite docking? Is the faucet made entirely out of metal?

I'm wondering how this faucet docks after pulling out the sprayer and putting it back in. How well does it stay in place, does it have MagnaTite docking? Also I'm wondering what material the faucet is made from? I am looking for a faucet with very shiny chrome and am having a hard time telling how shiny the chrome finish is in the picture. When I compare it to other brands, their pictures look more shiny.

Hi Andimay, Thank you for your questions! It does not have MagnaTite docking, but does have tabs on the wand that slide onto slots in the hub to keep the wand stable when it is docked. The wand assembly is non-metallic, but the spout body and handle are metal. Our Chrome finish has a bright, shiny polish. Best regards, Jon

The Home Depot video says this faucet swivels 360 degrees. What part of the the faucet swivels 360 degrees? Is it the acutal faucet or the water control?

Does a sprayer pull out/

Hello Patricia, Thank you for your question. Yes, the wand/sprayer assembly of the Delta Cassidy Kitchen Pull-Out 4197-RB-DST faucet does simply pull out for use. You will then slide the wand back into the spout when finished. The weight under the counter will help with the hose when returning the wand to the spout. Does the Cassidy single handle faucet have a spout that swivels??

Can you swivel the spout from side to side to access a divided sink? Which is "browner" - oil-rubbed bronze or Tuscan bronze?

Hi Eileen, Thank you for your question! This faucet does swivel from sink to sink. We have two rubbed bronze finishes, Venetian Bronze, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. Venetian Bronze is dark brown with bronze markings throughout the finish. Oil Rubbed Bronze has more contrast. It is very dark brown (almost black) with bronze highlights only along the edges. We have a Model#: 4197-CZ-DST the base consistently loosens. I tighten the Mounting Nut, Washer & Screws (Model#: RP49835) the plastic threads seem to skip now when I tighten the screws.

I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 4197-AR-DST, and I am happy to help you! Looking into this, I have found instructions to replace your RP60114. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause. Please shut off the water supplies, gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin. 1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first. 2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand. 3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed, you should see a brass bonnet, please use your wrench to remove this part. 4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out. 5. Loosen the set screw inside of the handle and remove the handle. The pull-out detached from the faucet. I re-connected it but it will not go in completely. It sticks out about 1 inch. How can I get it repaired or replaced?

I have a 4197-DST that I am refurbishing. The rim of the plastic insert in the spout where the wand docks, not part of the wand, is cracked. How can i get a replacement for this? Its not called out on the part list.

I have had this faucet for about 5 years now. Recently, I noticed a constant drip about once per minute coming from the faucet head after it is turned off. Suggestions?

The Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 4197-DST can be flushed to remove debris. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. If this does not help, please let us know.
