Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good It's hard to give a review that states the product is great until it's been in service for a couple of years. I had a similar product by another manufacturer and was really disappointed, so I thought I'd try this faucett. Nice features, easy to install. The only thing I dislike is that it came with non-detachable hoses that are not very pliable. I'm afraid that they could become brittle and break sometime in the future. I would have prefered to install braided hoses that attach separately. I've had it installed for a month and no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well constructed faucet This is a very nice faucet with clean lines. It was easy to install (although a few facets of the instructions could have been clearer) and all of the components are well built and feel sustantial. A good value. The only potential downsides - the lever only shuts off fully in the center position (so you can't turn it off while "saving" the water mix temperature), and there is a little bit of play in the pull-out mechanism, but not more than I would expect at this price point.

I'm slightly concerned about the durability of the design. Specifically, the part that the nozzle/hose slides back into. Only time will tell. I would recommend to others.

I also purchased Accessory Soap Dispenser RP50781. Everything works as described--no surprises! Price very competitive and items arrived within a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value This is an elegant and very functional kitchen faucet. It has a modern look to it (which is what I wanted). The range of motion is excellent -- covers both sink bowls nicely. It can be switched easily between spray and stream. The end is easily removed for use as a hand unit. Important point: the shaft which extends through the counter has sufficient length to accomodate the thickness of the counter top (in our case, granite). My plumber had warned me that this is not always the case. Very good value for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Faucet It was very easy to install, I was able to cut the tubes to the correct lengths easily in the tight space under the sink. One item of interest is that the connecting tubes area a special type of plastic, that requires a special set of compression fittings. My local Lowes does not carry these, but I did not need them as there were extra ones in the kit. Overall the faucet has worked well and the handle fits very securely in the man part of the faucet (it is not loose like some others are)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fine faucet This simple faucet was a great replacement for our kitchen sink. The mechanism is very smooth and it rotates without any resistance. The pull-out spout has a long range. The only difference from our old (~13 year old) faucet that I really notice is that the flow is slightly less. Perhaps this is a good thing.

We had a Delta stainless faucet with seperate sprayer as original equipment (25 years old) and we wanted something more modern for the renovation. The integrated sprayer works wondefully, and it is EASY to change from one spray pattern to another with the large side buttons. The matte black looks great on our dark Corian countertop and matches the other appliances wonderfully!

Do you make a reverse osmosis faucet (smaller faucet off to side) in arctic stainless that will go with 470-ar-dst?

Wand Shutoff??

Does the pull out “wand assembly” have a water shut-off button? That is, can you shut the water flow completely OFF from the wand assembly?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 470-AR-DST has a handle on the back of the faucet. The only way to completely shut off the water is to use the handle. The spray wand will switch from spray to stream but not turn the water off completely. We do manufaucture touch faucets that can be shut off by touching the spout.

Is there a flow restricter I can remove? (I have low water pressure)

Hi Jkflip, Thank you for your question. There is not a removable flow restrictor in the model 470-AR-DST. The flow rate is controlled by the aerator which on this model is 1.8 gallons per minute. You can switch out the aerator to one with a higher flow rate, the RP53998 flows at 2.2 gpm and will fit this model. Thanks, Dave http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp53998.html

Cache aerator adapter

My 470-DTS has cache (hidden internally) aerator. Need to know specification for the aerator thread size to convert it to most common 15/16"-27 or 55/64-27" thread. Thank you.
