Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless If had purchased a Delta faucet in 2005 instead of another brand, I would not have to replace it today. When replacing the old faucet realized it was snapped in the middle. Spending extra for Delta faucet pays off in long run by a big shot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service I love this faucet, but also the lifetime warranty and customer service that goes with it. Delta has stood behind their products for me multiple times.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from replacement I replaced the same faucet, only to find out that this is made cheaply. The pull out I had was stainless steel the new one is plastic. It also feels much flimsier and cheaper than the original faucet. I still like the way it looks and the life time warranty that comes with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lifetime Guarantee! This is a replacement of my previous faucet which wasn't working anymore. Thankfully, Delta Faucet has a great lifetime guarantee. I'm happy with the model, used to it for almost 30 years. I love the pull out spray handle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta 470-dst fyaucet I like the faucet, it work great, the spray could have a little more pressure, but not a problem. Only have it about 3 months

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the faucet, just didn't want to have to repla I bought this style 3 years ago and anticipated long great service. Had to replace it last month. Like the style and ease, just not sure this one is going to last! And if I don't get reimbursed for the first one I will not recommend Delta

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use The only feature I wish it had, when you shut off the faucet and you had used the spray, I'd have liked the spray automatically turned off to a regular flow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I question the material this product is made of. I have a somewhat opinion of the material this product is made of. Will see if it works well with my daily use.

Where is the toggle button to change from spray to stream

Asked by: Mair
Hi Mair, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Signature Kitchen Pull-Out 470-DST faucet has a toggle button on the sides of the pull-out wand assembly. Pushing this toggle button back and forth will switch the water flow between spray and steam feature. Best regards, Tanya

The web site shows the Magna-Tite icon for the Signature (470-DST), but the spec sheet does not mention that feature. Does this model have Magna-Tite?

Asked by: Carol T
Hi, Carol T! Thank you for your question. The 470-DST does not have Magna-Tite Docking. We will get the website fixed to reflect this. I do apologize for this confusion. Best Regards, Rosanna

hose leaks under sink, no drip from faucet

The black water feed hose under the sink leaks from the top of the connection. Would this be a problem with the faucet connection or the plumbing connecting the small hose under the collar bracing the hose to the sink? We are going to replace parts since the faucet is already partially taken apart. Does the base also come apart
Asked by: Maureen
Hi, Maureen. Thank you for your question. The base does come apart by turning off the water to your faucet first. You're then able to remove your handle assembly by using a 1/8" allen wrench to unscrew the set screw. Take the handle off and then unscrew the cap assembly. Then, you're able to take the hub/base off of the valve. Best Regards, Rosanna

What clip to use for attaching pull out handle to faucet water line?

From the information on your webpage I think the faucet is a Signature 470-DST, 470-WE-DST or 472-DST. The pull out handle uses some type of clip at the end to attach to the water line coming from the faucet. From the parts diagrams it looks like part # RP60911 is the part. Can you verify this? Attached are a couple of photos of the faucet and the connection I'm trying to repair with this part. Thanks.
Asked by: Paul
Hi Paul, Thank you for your question. Based on your photographs you have an older non-DST version of the 470/472. The correct clip to use on your hose connection is the RP32522. I have attached a link to the parts breakdown of the model 470 below to help with your repair. 470-DST Constant Drip

We were having a constant drip and purchased an off name repair kit from Home Depot (although Delta faucets were included as one of the brands it was for). My husband replaced most of the workings, but now it not only drips, but continues a tiny stream of water after turning it off unless you lift the handle at a certain degree and angle. So was the repair not done correctly, or is there something else we're missing?
Asked by: Cat
HI Cat, Thank you for your question! You will need to order and install genuine Delta parts. Even though it is stated on the package that it will work the generic parts will not. The are not manufactured exactly the same. Best regards, Brandis

What is the difference between the 470-DST and 472-DST kitchen faucets?

Asked by: Remmie
Hi, Remmie! Thank you for your question. The difference for the two units is within the handle, itself. The 470-DST has a solid metal lever handle. The 472-DST has a hollow loop in the handle which is ADA compliant so that the user can loop a ribbon through the handle so that the handle can be moved up and down and left and right in a sitting position if needed. Best Regards, Rosanna
