REVIEWS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELTA Gooseneck Kitchen Faucet This is a top of the line Delta faucet. I highly recommend spending the extra money because the internal components are of a higher quality. This faucet is sleek looking and the water pressure that it emits is much more than my prior Delta faucet. Delta stands by all their products. I have had to get replacement parts for my bathroom faucet drain and for an accessory part in the kitchen. They replace the parts at no cost to the homeowner. This faucet is constructed so that it is super easy to wipe away calcium buildup deposits, too. I am 100% happy with my purchase and Ferguson fills their orders swiftly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well and beautiful finish Nice faucet. Expensive but nicer than any other brands. Looks great in space. All out faucets are Delta and have been dependable with great warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Indefensible handle design The handle falls off. Delta provided a new handle under warranty and we paid a plumber to install it. But the new handle fell off within a week. It's the worst design for a handle I have ever seen. I use a rubber band to keep the handle on the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased.

The screw that holds the lever in place is loose and so the lever keeps coming off.  How do I tighten it?  There isn’t much space to get underneath it to do so let alone even see it.

I am seeing this on Amazon for $411.25. It shows the web site as Delta Faucet store. The model number is correct for Arctic Stainless, but it also mentions Brushed nickel, which this does not come in. Is it real?

Asked by: jfred50
Hi jfred50, Thank you for your question! This is not an accurate description since this model does not come in a brushed nickel finish. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Model 9159-ARLS-DST will be in the Arctic Stainless finish which is more of a grey tone than brushed nickel or stainless steel. Please reach out with further questions! I bought a Delta Trinsic  faucet (9159-DST) last year for my kitchen remodel. I started using the faucet 4/2023 and now the handle set screw won’t stay tightened. Can you please help me get this fixed? New set screw? Other worn out part? Please help!

Asked by: Sandy

Hi, the diverter switch in my faucet is difficult to press after owning the faucet for about a year. When first installed, the diverter switch felt crisp and smooth. Now it feels very sluggish and sometimes is hard to switch entirely. Any advice?

Asked by: Thomas
Hello Thomas, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! If the Delta 9159-CZ-DST wand button is tight, I would suggest to soak the wand in 50/50 white vinegar and water. This will help breaking any debris or build up that may be causing the button to be tight. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

I purchased this about a year ago. I cleaned the aerator but i still have low water pressure. Is there anything I should clean or replace?

Asked by: waterfuze
Hi, waterfuze! Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Matte Black MODEL#: 9159-BL-DST! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. We recommend flushing the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley

The plastic mesh piece at the very end of the faucet head has broken, so a heavy stream is what comes out. I'd call it the aerator, but I think that's a metal mesh piece within the faucet head. Is this little grey plastic mesh piece replaceable?

I purchased this faucet (Delta 9159-BL-DST Trinsic pull-down faucet) in matte black approximately 5 years ago. Now the faucet head is bad because only a small stream comes out of it. How do I order a new one? Or do I have to buy the whole thing again?

Asked by: Pasmith47
Hi Pasmith47, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159-BL-DST. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! I recommend unscrewing the head from the hose, securing the hose so it doesn't retract, and cleaning the connection of any debris or sediment. Soaking the head in 50/50 white vinegar and water is recommended to help remove buildup that may be causing the issue. If the reduced flow remains, the RP64069BL spray head can be replaced. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP64069BL.html Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions!
