This faucet is sleek looking and the water pressure that it emits is much more than my prior Delta faucet. Delta stands by all their products. I have had to get replacement parts for my bathroom faucet drain and for an accessory part in the kitchen. They replace the parts at no cost to the homeowner. This faucet is constructed so that it is super easy to wipe away calcium buildup deposits, too. I am 100% happy with my purchase and Ferguson fills their orders swiftly.

It's the worst design for a handle I have ever seen. I use a rubber band to keep the handle on the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased.

Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used; however, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). Does the handle rotate equally forward and back? Since the faucet rotates 360 degrees, can it be mounted with the handle facing forward, so that it would rotate left and right instead of forward and back?

Is the finish on the arctic stainless color supposed to feel rough? I just received mine and in spots it feels rough vs most other areas it's fairly smooth. Not sure if that's normal or if I should return for a new one.
