Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELTA Gooseneck Kitchen Faucet This is a top of the line Delta faucet. I highly recommend spending the extra money because the internal components are of a higher quality. This faucet is sleek looking and the water pressure that it emits is much more than my prior Delta faucet. Delta stands by all their products. I have had to get replacement parts for my bathroom faucet drain and for an accessory part in the kitchen. They replace the parts at no cost to the homeowner. This faucet is constructed so that it is super easy to wipe away calcium buildup deposits, too. I am 100% happy with my purchase and Ferguson fills their orders swiftly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well and beautiful finish Nice faucet. Expensive but nicer than any other brands. Looks great in space. All out faucets are Delta and have been dependable with great warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Indefensible handle design The handle falls off. Delta provided a new handle under warranty and we paid a plumber to install it. But the new handle fell off within a week. It's the worst design for a handle I have ever seen. I use a rubber band to keep the handle on the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased.

Q&A

We are considering a Delta 9159. We use well water, and sometimes sand gets trapped in the aerator and flow restrictor. Are these easily removed to clear blockages? Our current faucet has a flow  restrictor  that is inaccessible and can’t be cleaned.

Asked by: David
Hi David, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159-AR-DST. This faucet model does not include a removable aerator. The sprayer can be removed from the hose to clean any trapped water debris. The faucet model 9178-AR-DST does have a removable aerator and includes an aerator wrench to remove it. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Can spray head be removed to clean and how to remove and how to clean?

Asked by: Donald
Hello Donald, Thank you for your question. I am happy to assist you. To remove the spray head, please pull the hose out from the body of the faucet and hold it in place. Keep a good grip on the hose and twist the spray head counterclockwise until it can be pulled off of the hose. Do not let the hose go, as this will cause it to slip under the sink. Please contact us back via email with any further questions. Best Regards, Skyler Phone: (800) 345-3358 | Email: customerservice@deltafaucet.com

I’d like to purchase the bar prep version of the trinsic because if it’s lower height, but I’m afraid the depth won’t reach far enough into a regular kitchen sink. Would you recommend this faucet for use in the kitchen sink?
