It's a good looking faucet
I installed this faucet about three years ago, but I replaced it this spring because I could simply not put up with it any longer. It does look very nice and proved to be reliable and easy to clean. The chrome finish is tough, and the mixing valve is great.
So those are the good points. There are two bad points that lead me to a single star rating.
First, pulling the spray head out required completely unnecessary tugging, and I was never able to get the spray head to retract without wrestling it back up into place. Hulk Hogan would be put to the test with this faucet.
Second, water flow is a trickle. Now I realize Delta needs to meet the standards that our government has mandated upon all of us fine citizens, so this is not a slam against Delta. But I mean COME ON. I am blessed with a private well in an area where quality water plentiful. I searched for a reasonable flow rate faucet for three years. I was ready to make my own faucet out of readily available plumbing ball valves and a few copper fittings just to fill a pot with water in less time than it takes to boil it. I ended up purchasing a T&B Brass commercial mini pre-rinse ($$$$$) and love it! Five stars. The spray head needed a few extra holes, but I can now hit my wife with water way over in the living room as well as actually clean pots and pans.
I wonder if anyone has ever calculated the man-hours that our citizens have lost out of their lives, and will loose out of their lives, watching a trickle of water fill a pot while "saving water". The pots are no smaller.
So if you are looking for a faucet that delivers a reasonable amount of water, this is not it. You WILL be disappointed.

Looks great, easy to install!
We've had this in for about a month now and really like it! So easy to use. One thing to note - the pull down does not go back in automatically - you have to put it back (granted, it's not hard, but if you just let go it will hang there - you need to "bring" it back to the faucet - the weights make it go back smoothly, but only if you are putting it back). Water drops wipe right off of it, so it always looks clean and new.

Beautiful, Modern, Great Style
It was love at first sight with this faucet. After deciding to go brass and stainless mixed-metals, I knew I wanted something modern yet timeless for the faucet. The color is perfect and matches with brass accents, but could also work with darker metals as well. The faucet sprayer pulls out nicely and pulls right back in place. The feel is quality. It came with a matching soap pump, which is plastic. Unfortunately, even the nicest brands are making these in plastic, so it seems unavoidable. It looks the same, but I do wish the style matched better. All in all, I love this faucet!

Get what you pay for
Great looking faucet with clean lines and chrome finish. Feels substantial and, most importantly, works well and puts up with consistent use by all members of our family. We have had Delta faucets in the past; on one we did have problems when it was about 10 years old and they sent out replacement parts quickly and the repair was an easy fix. These faucets are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful design and finish, infuriatingly low flow rate, aerated
I get plenty of compliments on the style and finish of the faucet, but the low flow rate is infuriating.
With my old faucet I could hold a pot while filling it, then turn around and start cooking. Now, I set the pot in the sink, turn the water on, walk away for a while, come back, and watch it fill some more.
I understand EPA, ASME, and CALGreen standards, but 49 seconds to fill 5.5qt pot is a very long time. I looked into removing the flow restrictor, but I'm told it can't be done on this model. I looked into drilling it out. First, I timed the fill rate without the wand assembly. 35 seconds. It's faster, but not worth attempting to drill the flow restrictor out of the wand.
The pressure is very high coming out of the wand hose, so the restrictions are the hose diameter and the wand assembly.
It's pretty, but when I return to the sink and it's. still. slow. ly. fill. ing. the. pot. I want to tear it out of the counter, drive down the street to the Delta plant, and ask them to kindly make a faucet that allows water to flow through it. That would be lovely.
Also, a non-aerated option would be useful. I understand that aeration increases the perceived volume and helps reduce the splashing from the water jet that results from reducing the tip diameter down to the size of pencil graphite in the name of water conservation, but aerated water combined with the low flow rate adds a challenge to rinsing away soap suds. Giving suds a small supply of water mixed with air makes them grow.

Excellent Product, Excellent Service
The faucet is handsome and elegant and perfectly functional.
Ours ended up with a defect and had to be replaced. I called today, related the problem, and a brand new faucet is on the way to replace it. Really impressed with the service quality.

Looks good but my new cabinet is warped now.
This faucet was in the model home of the builder, we liked the way it looked so asked for it in our home with other faucets matching. Hose that extends/retracts developed a leak that I can't find but is was damp enough to warp the wood under my sink cabinet that is only 2.5 years old. This faucet is not worth the retail price listed on this web page. Never thought I would be searching for faucet parts after 2.5 years installed.

Good quality product with only one exception, noted below
My customer and I like the overall quality of the product but the retraction weight was not heavy enough to pull back the spray head smoothly. I would suggest the manufacturer should improve upon that aspect of this product, and perhaps change the lining for the hose to a material that will move more efficiently thru the spout.

Beautiful replacement
I purchased this faucet to replace the builder's special in my new home. The builder's special was from a good brand but I wanted one that had an arc and more aesthetic looking.
This faucet is easy to install. The spray in both setting is strong which is great to rinse heavy residue off pots, pans, dishes, etc and wash down the sink. It can causing splashing if you turn the faucet on all the way.
The hose does not automatically retract as some reviewers have noted. You will need to push the hose back into the holder. A heavier weight is needed if you want it to automatically retract.
Pros: looks good, easy installation, powerful water stream.
Cons: instead of 32 inches of supply line, perhaps make the water line a standard length of most cabinet heights. Avoids cutting the excess line or looping as suggested in the installation instruction.
Overall, very happy with the new faucet.

Good while it lasted
Be advised, if the touch feature dies you will be without water in your kitchen until fixed. Ours died in less than 3 years. Other than not serving its primary function it is fine.

Good looking
This faucet is not only good looking but also is very functional. The pull out sprayer is really handy. No drips no leaks. Big pans to wash are no problem with the high arcing faucet and the sprayer combined. I like this faucet more every time I use it.

leak that new cartridge does not solve
leak coming out of the cartridge or the faucet body the cartridge sits in. I pulled the cartridge & cleaned it and then tried varying tightness 5 degrees at a time. Called Delta, got new cartridge. Same problem. May be in the base assembly that hold the cartridge. But that base does not have a part number. Back to Delta phone help (so far the best thing about owning a delta faucet)

Attractive kitchen faucet
Obviously well made!!! Quickly installed. Upon receiving my order I realized I had not closely reviewed the order number and therefore did not receive the soap dispenser I wanted. However, the sales rep. Karen was very helpful in remedying this and even arranged for the package price and consequently a quick rebate.

Love this faucet, but a repair already
We remodeled our kitchen and this Trinsic beautifully blends in with the new mix of traditional and modern elements. The magnetic pull down is brilliant. The 360 degree swivel allows me to fill a stock pot while it is sitting on my island behind the sink! Never thought about that being a bonus when I purchased this faucet, but it is nice not having to lift a huge pot of water out of the sink and instead just slide it off the island.
My only reservation is that the cartridge assembly has gone bad after only 10 months. I could tell the handle had suddenly gotten harder to operate, but still worked. A few days later, I found a water puddle in my new cabinet under the sink. Cleaned everything up and after some investigating, I could see drops of water very slowly, but persistently, sliding down the hose and landing on the cabinet floor.
Delta customer service was friendly and helpful and is sending a replacement cartridge assembly. It will be here in a week. Until then, I'm turning off the water! I still love this faucet and would recommend Delta because of the company's reputation, warranty and product quality.

Quality lacking, but is beauty not.
This is a gorgeous faucet. It's large, shiny, and very sleek. However, it does not function as well as it looks. My main complaint is with the pull-out hose. It does not retract by itself and feels flimsy. The material it's made from seems sturdy enough, but somehow the fact that it stays floppy outside of the locked in position makes it seem less so. There is a magnetic feature that "pulls" it into place, but that only initiates when you have pushed it back in about 95% of the way.
I also find that the temperature placement seems off. It could just be personal preference, but in my mind, the hot should be on top and the cold on the bottom. I often find myself expecting cold water when I pull the lever down, but realize it's the other way around. To get cold water one must push the lever up and away.
I do like how the flow and spray switch operates smoothy with what seems like a fool-proof mechanism (meaning it won't get caught "in-between" like my faucets in the past. It's either flow or spray with nothing in between.
I wish the flow was a bit more powerful, too, but perhaps this is a built in feature for water conservation. I can live with that.
Would I recommend this to a friend? Probably. It would depend on what his/her main requirements were. If rated on looks alone, this is an A+. It's exactly what we were looking for. The function would receive about a B. So I'd say this was a fairly good purchase.
Would I buy it again? I'm not sure. The fact is that it's almost impossible to know how something will function until it's installed in your home with full water pressure. So choosing something else would have the same challenges. I guess that's why customer reviews are so important!! Cheers.

Love everything about this faucet.
I especially like the on/off control. When it is straight up, cold water comes out. As you move the lever down, the water become warmer until it's all the way down for hot water. So easy to use. I also like how clean and simple it looks on my sink. I'm so happy I bought this faucet!

Hot water flows slow
After installing this faucet the cold water setting flows with good pressure, but the hot water only flows at about half pressure. I removed the hot water hose and didn't see any obstructions. Still having this problem. Wife wants me to purchase another faucet.
