I am seeing this on Amazon for $411.25. It shows the web site as Delta Faucet store. The model number is correct for Arctic Stainless, but it also mentions Brushed nickel, which this does not come in. Is it real?

I purchased this about a year ago. I cleaned the aerator but i still have low water pressure. Is there anything I should clean or replace?

Asked by: waterfuze
Hi, waterfuze! Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Matte Black MODEL#: 9159-BL-DST! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. We recommend flushing the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley

I purchased this faucet (Delta 9159-BL-DST Trinsic pull-down faucet) in matte black approximately 5 years ago. Now the faucet head is bad because only a small stream comes out of it. How do I order a new one? Or do I have to buy the whole thing again?

Asked by: Pasmith47
Hi Pasmith47, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159-BL-DST. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! I recommend unscrewing the head from the hose, securing the hose so it doesn't retract, and cleaning the connection of any debris or sediment. Soaking the head in 50/50 white vinegar and water is recommended to help remove buildup that may be causing the issue. If the reduced flow remains, the RP64069BL spray head can be replaced. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP64069BL.html Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions!
