Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks consistently First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Just very disappointed that after spending so much on what we thought would be a good investment, turns into an aggravating, money sucker. Now considering purchasing a copycat, lesser-known brand at less cost than replacement piece.

It swivels 360 degrees so we must be cautious not to touch it by accident and get the window sill wet, or our clothing. There is one problem when the faucet it turned on. Separate from the water flow, a drip (into the sink) also occurs. Not to big of an issue.

Good sprays, good on/off touch response, good magnet retention of spray head to arm, good water pressure, easy to install. We added the EP102157 electric plug-in adapter and also attached the battery pack for backup. Wish all online ordered, self installed products were this good.

We had issues of poor water pressure with the old faucet and we didn't know if it was the faucet or the house. It was definitely the faucet. The touch is so fun and the pulldown is very sturdy. I also like how the light on the faucet tells you how hot the water is.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love touch activation but magnetic head rusted I purchased and installed this faucet in the spring of 2020. My family quickly got used to the touch activation. Makes it hard to use normal faucets now! We did not have the facet hardwired so use the battery pack - in two years, I've changed the batteries 1 time. My only complaint is that recently I noticed that the magnetic portion that connects t he pull down faucet to the arm is completely rusted out. Now trying to contact Delta customer service. I would otherwise recommend this product but rusting out in 3 years seems like poor quality.

We now of 2 of these touch faucets, one for the kitchen sink and one slightly smaller on the island bar sink. We are thinking of a third if I ever get the laundry room reno done. You will get so used to the touch feature that when you walk into use you neighbour's sink you wonder why it doesn't work no matter how many times you tap it. The hose always docks firmly. In 5 years I have only changed the batteries twice.

What is the height of the handle from the countertop?

We have a breakfast bar behind our sink. The clearance to the backsplash at the countertop is 2.5 inches, which is sufficient for the Trinsic faucet. However, there is a half inch overhang from the breakfast bar. This overhang begins at 5 inches above the countertop. Consequently, the clearance is only 2 inches at that overhang. Will this interfere with the operation of the handle?

Can the on/off handle be reversed to the left side during installation&nbsp;

Kevin, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Also, reversing the installation would move the LED light to the back of the faucet. Best regards, Jon

Can we install this trinsic single in Europe?

Hi Anna, Thank you for your question! The faucet can be installed in other countries, however it may require supply adapters. It is designed to connect to 3/8&quot; compression fittings. Please also note that the warranty will not apply to faucets installed in Europe. Best regards, Jon

Can you toggle between stream and spray? Or do you have to turn off the faucet to turn off spray mode?

Thank you for your question PS. You can toggle between stream and spray without having to turn the faucet off. Touch2O&reg; Technology is a sophisticated technology and understands the difference between a touch (1/3 of a second) or a grab (more then 300 milliseconds) and will not turn off when toggling through stream and spray. Install with lever handle in the front

Can I install the faucet with the level handle in the front instead of to the right? If yes, would it change the location of the blue light for the touch2o motion?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9159T-DST can be turned so the handle is in the front. However, the blue light will also move. Also, the hot and cold will be side to side to operate.

Every once in a while the water just turns on. &nbsp;Sometimes in the middle of the night. &nbsp;I worry that we might not be home and it would flood. &nbsp;I do change the batteries.&nbsp;

I am having an issue I&rsquo;d like some help with please. Sometimes when I touch the faucet to stop the flow of water we get a steady drip (sometimes heavier than others). When we use the handle to stop the water, no drip. What mechanism needs attention?

Hi, Vanne! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode usually comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. If this does not correct the leak, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358.
