This faucet is awesome.
This faucet looks great in our kitchen. It is no too large and overtakes the kitchen sink area, but it is fully functional. I like the the finish doesn't really show any spots. After 6 years of faucet ownership I had to replace a the magnet and the water cartridge. However Delta replaced both items free of charge. It's nice to see a company actually stand behind their product warranty.

Great faucet
I bought this a month ago and it is everything it says. The touch on off is so nice. You don't have to keep adjusting the temp when you are doing things in kitchen and only need to turn off water to conserve. Would totally buy again. Looks so good in my kitchen and have gotten many compliments

Great Faucet
I purchased this Delta Faucet after extensive research on quality, price, functionality, and customer service. After 3 weeks of use, it is an awesome product. Unfortunately, I did have to contact customer service as the valve assembly was leaking and dripping on my counter. I submitted a help ticket to the company and without any further requirements, Delta mailed me a new valve assembly, I installed it and have not had another problem.
Delta is a great company with excellent support!

Love the Touch2O
Had it a few weeks now and really like the touch feature. We bought it in spite of apparently some touch feature problems, so long term use will tell whether we did good or not. For now, it is a delight, and we trust Delta. It is our go-to choice.

Lovin' the free hands
When I am baking or cooking meals, I love the touch feature of my Delta faucet. If my hands are covered with bread dough, by just touching the faucet, I can wash my hands and keep the faucet clean. I can tap the faucet off while I lather and scrub my hands for the recommended 20 seconds so I'm not wasting water.

Nice addition
We replaced counter tops and sink. I'm glad we chose this faucet! Looks great, allows you to easily turn off and on the water with a touch. I find we use a lot less water now.
I did notice that it takes quite a while to reach max temp on hot water for the temp light to turn red. I had to turn up the water heater to 125 to reach 115 at the faucet?

I'm In Love!
I can't say enough good things about this faucet. It's gorgeous, the touch feature is so convenient and now with this crazy Corona virus I feel even better about everybody not touching the handle. The back of your hands or arm and it's on. Love the lighted temp LED light in the front. Love the auto shut after 2 minutes. I'm a 55 year old woman and I installed it myself. Save a couple hundred bucks I'm sure. It's not for everybody but the Delta You Tube video was a huge help. If I have any complaint it is the box that holds the batteries. It just feels cheap.

Easy to use and nice features
I love the ability to touch the faucet to turn it on/off without losing the temperature and flow rate settings. I use this feature all the time washing dishes. I do wish it wouldn't happen when I touch the handle though--sometimes when I try to turn the faucet on, the feature triggers and it doesn't turn on.
I like the spray shield feature, it seems to work well, though I haven't used it as much.

Perfect for us
We love this Delta faucet. All of our faucets have been Delta so we wanted another Delta for our kitchen remodel. We especially love the temperature indicator light in the base which changes color. In the mornings it takes a while for warm water to reach our kitchen as it is some distance from the hot water heater in the basement. In the past we would run some water and test with our hands. Now we just wait for the light to go from blue to red. May seem like a simple thing, but we really like it. And, best of all is the touch feature to turn on/off. When doing a lot of dishes after a big meal, this is a big help. Otherwise it looks great and we like the high neck. I had read a negative review stating the magnet wasn't strong enough to keep the nozzle in the neck when not pulled down. Not the case for us, the magnet is plenty strong enough. We love this faucet and highly recommend.

Great customer service
We enjoyed our Delta touch faucet for over 2 years and then started having problem. Their customer service was excellent. I explained the problem. They sent the part at no charge. I installed and it's back like new. They have good videos on troubleshooting.

No Leaks and easy install
Had a great experience with Delta customer support in the past and decided to try
a new faucet to replace another Delta that uses 2 holes installation to this single hole and love the touch control. This is also one of the few models that have more color choices and this definitely match my existing fixtures.

Good with some issues
We chose this faucet because of the touch function. We had had a motion activated one at our other home, which we loved, but if a fly flew over it just right it would turn on and waste water. I thought the touch would solve that issue, which it has. My issue is with the spray shield. It doesn’t seem to work like it shows. It also only runs for a short time and then it cuts off just as the water is getting warm. I wish you could adjust how long the water ran before turning off.

Like the pull down and rinse features .
I bought this in December 2019 by the end of Jan 2020 it needed a new cartridge .I called them up and in about a week it came .I installed it and it works 200% better .I now do not have to look for that sweet spot in order for faucet not to leak or turn on and off repeativly until it finally would stop dripping. This was a replacement for a Moen and I like this a lot better easy to install.

Can I rotate the on/off handle portion to the front to use? My backsplash is too close to rotate the hold cold lever when it's turned on.

Thank you for your question. The minimum clearance to back splash for the Delta 9178T-RB-DST is 2 1/2" (64 mm). We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature.

Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the side mounted handled faucets with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front or left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Delta does not manufacture any kitchen drain assemblies in the Venetian Bronze finish at this time, that would work with the Leland Touch2O Pull-Down Kitchen 9178T-RB-DST faucet.

My faucet has a low water flow. How do I increase the pressure?

Thank you for your question. The faucet gives a 1.8 gpm. If you are getting less than a 1.8 gpm flow rate, we recommend to flush the line to make sure no debris is clogging the sprayer. You can also soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mixture for an hour to clean. If you need any assistance with this, please call our Delta customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST.

2 questions - Does the touch on/off work if the faucet handle is in the off position, the on position or both? If the handle is in the off position, at what temperature setting does the water come on?
