Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lever poorly located. Iever should be toward sink rather than on side. When operating with hands wet, you drip water on counter top which requires extra wipe down. Of course hot and cold water lines would have to be reverse and hot and cold button would be backward. Second, lever on right as designed is awkward for a left handed person operation. Just to be “cute and different” doesn’t make it correct. I corrected the one in my last home and it was much more user friendly!

We live in an area with a lot of minerals in our water. I would like to replace the entire faucet head piece; however, the tubes, faucet structure, weights and magnet are all fine. How can I go about ordering only a replacement faucet head?

How does this faucet (model 9678-SP-DST) differ from model 9178-AR-DST/? They seem to be identical.

Thank you for your question, Linda! Model 9678-SP-DS is the Bar/Prep version of the Leland kitchen faucet. 9178-AR-DST is the kitchen version in the Arctic Stainless finish whereas "SP" indicates the SpotShield Stainless finish. Both models are similar, however the bar prep version is shorter at 14 1/2" (368 mm) high whereas the kitchen faucet measures 14-7/8"(378 mm) high. Best regards, Edward

I have the Leland kitchen faucet in a stainless finish, bought it in 2020. It has the Shield spray feature. Over the last few months the spray head has totally discolored, the finish is gone. I clean it with 409 spray and the neck, base and handle ok.

How do you attach the trim, bad and gasket to the bottom of the faucet?

We have the Leland® Single Handle Pull-Down Bar / Prep Faucet in Venetian Bronze Model#: 9678-RB-DST. Recently the water will not stop dripping unless you mess with the handle and move it around until it's just right. Is there something broke?

Leland prep faucet is 14 in tall and how far does it project into sink? Can it be mounted so the handle is on the left side?

Our faucet, the Leland 9178-RB-DST-R, is hard to keep from dripping. We have to try a few times and get the on/off mechanism in just the right place for the dripping to stop. What kind of repair might this faucet need? Thanks in advance.

Is there any difference between the water pressure available in the 9178T-DST and the 9678T-DST? Other than the slight difference in height is there any other difference between the models? Which would be better for an older, smaller kitchen sink?

We have 2 holes with a 4 inch spread. Is there a way to install this either with a base plate or by putting a soap dispenser in the spare hole? (The version with a separate handle didn't come in the spotshield stainless that would match.)
